    Now passed Cape Finisterre on a northerly track sun out wind about f4 swell decreasing.

    Wind now NW @ 28 kn ship head NW @ 14kn presumably to avoid beam sea. Cabin Steward FWIW states seen much worse.

    That is wearher side obviously better on starboard lee side.

    I very much doubt we had 7.5 m swells, running well on a quartering sea,wind dropped to 40 kn and more west.

    Currently 45kn SW running at 17kn just south of Vigo,generally steady with occasional roll, heavy rain.

    It is not something that worries me.

    Left Lisbon on schedule trying to get ahead. Currently S 3/4 shipping 4cast has low Biscay by midday Wednesday and filling slightly 981mb.

    They are obviously trying fix I imagine and as a user of it I might enquire politely if I feel like it, but it is no big deal now at end of cruise.

    Pool closed 5/6 contractors now working on pool problem.

    2pm was when no ticket required 4 tender,my OH went ashore about 1100 with ticket. I was on a tour. Journey back 1400 was fine, not a bad ride 4 me but then I have known far worse in my professional life.

    I suspect anyone with a defect under warranty would enforce the warranty terms, don't you.

    Clearly surveyors etc from builders were on board in Trieste 6 or so all with builder logo jackets etc as I said earlier so answer to your question seems to be yes

    The best review will occur when you cruise on this or any other ship and come to your own conclusions, positive or otherwise.

    Warranty issue possibly with required inspection by surveyors as happened in Trieste. 2 swimmers at 1100 today. Me & 1 other at 0900.

    As an aside theoutdoor pool had water upto the top, higher than previously on this cruise.
