We don't drink alcohol either, and my husband and I had fun on our last few cruises trying different mocktails. He likes the frozen fruity drinks, I also find them to be too sweet. My go to drink after trying a few was a virgin mojito. It can also be made frozen. Delicious!

I am waiting for the 2024 British Isles itineraries with fingers crossed. We booked a 12 night on Jewel for July 2021 the day it opened, 11/12/19. We had a big group going, and we were so excited by the itinerary. It had an overnight, 2 day stop in Edinburgh and stops in Glasgow, Dublin, Liverpool and more. This cruise was cancelled pretty early in the Covid shut down. Then, the itineraries for 2023 were a big disappointment, not even a day in Edinburgh or Dublin. What do you think the odds are that Edinburgh and/or Dublin will reappear as ports for the 2024 season?

Why not just book the refundable deposit option? Then you can cancel up until the final payment date and get your deposit back, for any reason. Unless, of course, you are booking a suite.

Oh I'm glad to hear that! We will be stopping there for a port call, and I'd heard that it's easier to see things from Old San Juan. We won't get there until 2:00, so I don't even know what options we will have for touring. It's been about 24 years since I was in San Juan, so I have some planning to do!

Do all Royal Caribbean ships dock at Pan American?

Can you elaborate on the 11-11 info you shared? We've been in a suite 2x now, and once was on Allure. But we also had a refreshment package and didn't know about this perk. We will be diamond on our next cruise, in a 2 bedroom suite on Oasis. But our suite mates are not diamond. I'm trying to figure out if they should get a drink package or not.

Tonight we are finally diamond! So, what is the low down on the balcony/suite discount for diamond? Is it just as much a disappointment as it was at Emerald or Platinum?

We just got home from our cruise to Alaska, and are excited to become Diamond members once our points are loaded! I read the benefits letter above. I'm assuming that the discounts for internet/photo packages are only if purchased when you are on the ship?

Geez... I didn't even realize there was a scheduled drydock, and I just booked Mariner for April 4, 2023... I usually avoid cruises right after a drydock in case there are any delays in returning to service. @Mdepfl, how did you like cabin 1104? I booked 1102. From what I've seen, I think I will really like the location and the balcony.

Just curious, what's the going rate for UDP on a 7 night Oasis cruise? I'm seeing $219 pp on our upcoming cruise, wondering if that's decent or should I just wait. We have lots of time before this cruise.

I bought a 3 device package for our family of 3. Our daughter and I were able to text each other without any problem (we both have iPhones) and I found I could even text my mom back home (she also has an iPhone) most of the time, just using wifi. My husband was hard to figure out, as he has a Samsung Galaxy. We finally figured out on our last cruise that what worked best with him was to send chats on SnapChat. I also was able to send pics/videos to friends and family back home on SnapChat.
