Unfortunately, in my experience anyway, N/A wines available in the US tend to taste like slightly fortified grape juice. Very, very sweet. I have heard from multiple people that the selection is better in the UK, and now apparently Australia too. I have no issue finding N/A beers that I like here, but wine is a very different story.

Similar for me on Capital One. Cancelled 11/19, refunds hit yesterday.

I did cancel and rebook something for a better price yesterday, and I'll be curious if I get that refund sooner than the one from three weeks ago. Something was definitely very wrong the weekend before US Thanksgiving.

Good morning, cruisers! I found a slight discount on our refreshment packages as Black Friday approached, so I cancelled and rebooked. That was on 11/19, and I haven't seen the refund hit my card yet. Does anyone have any idea if this is a normal wait, or should I give them a call?

How long is your day in port? Most port stops seem to be approximately 7-4. If that's the case, you could probably safely plan on being off the ship by 8, maybe a little bit earlier. Magic Kingdom is an hour each way if everything goes perfectly, and Orlando traffic rarely goes perfectly, so let's say you get there at 9:30 or 10. That would leave you with about 3.5 to maybe 4.5 hours in the park before you'd need to be back on the road to be on the ship by all aboard at 3:30. Aside from part transport, remember that you need park tickets (at probably $120 minimum per adult, the baby's free) and a park reservation. This is a very long day for a fairly minimal amount of park time. Please think about whether or not it's worth it to you.

Is is acceptable/allowed to share Diamond drink vouchers? We'll each have 4/day, but for example if I only wanted 3 and DH wanted 5, could I just order whatever he wanted for my 4th and hand it over, are we gonna get our hands smacked? I know we can't share UBP package, but not sure about sharing what's essentially a coupon.

I'm out walking or running before dawn, and the phone is a safety net. When I can call 911 or home from my watch, I don't need to carry my phone.

We have a B2B on HOS planned next May, and are pondering UDP for the second week (have a bunch of family and friends joining us the first week, but just the two offs week 2). Wondering if anyone's had UDP on a second (or beyond!) week and been able to book dining during the previous week's cruise. If not, I know we'll be the first ones back onboard and I guess we'll just book then before the masses arrive, I just didn't know if we should even try to book the second week during the first.

My understanding is that it's country-specific, depending on customs and immigration laws. US laws require a "clear" ship, but some other countries may not.

We're in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area. I'll drive to Tampa or Canaveral same day, but Miami and Ft. Lauderdale I greatly prefer to go halfway the night before and get a hotel. 95 can go from smooth sailing (ha) to an absolute nightmare in a hurry.

What port closures Saturday? If you're referring to the possible Agatha/Alex situation, there's no chance that will close the port. You may be very wet, but you'll sail.

Yeah, we cleaned UP on our X sailing last month during last year's Black Friday sale. I don't ever expect to do that well again, but hoping November works out a bit better for me than May has. 🙂
