That is great news for all concerned…..but, it will be hard as feelings of guilt, although unfounded, are completely natural. The activities and company at the home may well give your Mum a real boost once she has settled in.

I’m afraid I watch Strictly and I’m a Celebrity. @Beckett I agree with what you say about the trolling of Layton - no one should have to put up with that. I like Bobby but that is maybe because I remember seeing photos of him after his Mum Jade Goody died. Am going to be watching all sorts of rubbish on tv this week as I have Covid (1st time).

Good morning everyone. I hope all is well with you all. A bit of a damp start here with a lot more of the wet stuff to come. For those ladies on here of a certain age…… I went to see Donny Osmond (no rude comments please 🤣) in concert last night at Bournemouth International Centre. He is still such a good performer….. Very polished and obviously loves his job! As I drove away from the car park in the rain and in the dark, I was amazed that so many people had death wishes by just walking into the road and completely ignoring the traffic! @kalos - I agree about tv at Christmas. Dreadful.

I think you have to try all avenues. I also think you have answered your own question by saying the kids “just want their Mum back” - and that to them is absolutely priceless. Go for it as you would otherwise you will always wonder if this place might have made the pain much more bearable. 😘
