  1. Although we had standing reservations (not reserve class) at the same time for our complete cruise, we arranged to have the same table & wait staff for the entire trip. The only thing we had to do was scan our medallions each night & proceed to our table.
  2. Both the Ruby and the Enchanted have it for sure.
  3. We were pretty close to the front of the line..... maybe 15 or 20 people ahead of us and when waiting they moved people forming two lines. One for those with medallions & one without. It makes no difference anyway as everyone entering the building merge into one line. I suppose it's just for appearance to make people believe there's still a priority line. 😄 I thing it was around 10:30 or so when they started boarding Suites/Elites and handicapped.
  4. On the Ruby in Nov the IC would fill my Princess insulated mug with their drip coffee each morning. I never went to the buffet to get their coffee.
  5. Some time slightly before 10 AM. When we got our cabin it wasn't ready so we just dropped off our bags & went to lunch before the crowds built up. They made some announcement about the cabins being ready at 1 PM.
  6. All of them. Unless you're really interested in a purchase, it's a complete waste of time.
  7. The line to enter the terminal in Florida Terminal #2 (on Dec 18) extended from the entry doors to the other end of the building & back again (double line for people with & without medallions). I couldn't actually see the end of the line. When the doors opened it didn't make any difference which line you were in outside the terminal as both lines merged together in the building. Lots of large families. By the time we reached the Elite/Suite lounge it was packed, although boarding was called rather quickly. So much for an Elite priority line.
  8. As you well know, the priority line to enter the terminal doesn't mean much lately since the lines merge once inside the main doors. (At least in Florida) The only advantage it really provides is getting a slightly better seat in the Elite lounge.
  9. He really didn't cover if the selections of food on the different levels will be identical. I'm just assuming it'll be the same menu's with just the variation in style of clothing. It'll be interesting to see what happens onboard the ship.
  10. Spring break had never been a big problem on Princess. Stick with the Royal class ships like the Enchanted.
  11. Some of those bags didn't even last the length of the cruise before falling apart.
  12. They served it tonight on the Enchanted. Most people were given a large peice even if you requested a small one.
  13. That's only because they were quite old.
  14. Are the sleeves any longer?
  15. No, but possibly if you're in a suite they might.
  16. At times it can be good but still not comparable to what I've experienced at a land based restaurant.
  17. Princess is nothing like it was a few short years ago. On formal nights just about any style of dress will be acceptable. You'll see everything from tuxes and gowns to people in jeans and T shirts. Some even will wear shorts.
  18. I'm still waiting for an auto switch to turn off the AC when the balcony door is left open.
  19. There's unlimited Gelato every meal in the DR but only vanilla and chocolate.
  20. Not all Princess ships have problems like that.
  21. It very well might have been. Those candles on a stick they use to serve on formal nights in the Piazza are no more as they're not allowed to use the sticks any longer. They do agree to some strange requests.
  22. At least 15 alcohol drinks a day 30 coffees a day 25 mocktails a day We're trying our darnest to stay ahead but the bathroom trips are slowing us down.
  23. Until the day comes that their ships are sailing partially filled, there's no chance of any changes in level status. It was only meant to attract repeat business anyway which isn't of much concern lately.
  24. I believe that the bottles were mentioned to keep people from refilling them with alcohol. It's still not enforced.
