last year for the may 1 cruise i got the letter on 4/18 today i expected one for the may 21 cruise but i was wrong 🙂

can i assume there's a way to get in your cabin even if you used all the locks available to you . i forget if they have that 'hotel style solid chain' type lock that i always wonder how they could get in if there was a dead body in there.

on oasis id rather be on 17 enjoying the view than deck 4 next to the ice rink anyway 🙂 im guessing other ships have better views from the diamond location.

a year ago i was on oasis playing with the app and noticed if i just typed in any letter or name it would give me options to talk to people. like type i STA and youd get stacy etc. frequently there were pics attached to the names. i guess from the ships system. i thought it was bizarre all this was out there. is this the 'hack' people are talking about? what was really weird is, some of my personal friends who have never been on a cruise, also showed up on that list!

where are they gonna make up the 3K per overwater cabana they are losing?

last year we were on the 1st NJ trip for oasis. thought we would get on early. nope. some other ship was too big and oasis had to unload, pull out then back in .

found maren and it looks great. where did you eat. looks like many places within a few blocks and being 2 years old not much can be wrong!

i researched 3 hotels recommended in this thread for my october trip. low price was 144 up over 200. i know on tripadvisor some reviews are bogus or not material to my stay but if someone posts pics it does make it seem dicey. i dont need a modern bathroom for example but some pics i saw was really bad. i guess there are good and bad rooms in every hotel. one of them had a HUGE amount of positive front clerk raves but then i wonder did that cloud their judgement on the rooms. and if reviews in the past year say how old and worn out it is, i find that hard to ignore especially when there are pics of gross tubs etc. i thought maybe id try out away a bit more from the airport and see or adjusting the ratings to higher. im happy staying in hampton if its clean and convenient. dont need the 4 seasons 🙂

i had not flown for a cruise at all. and only one other ship in port on that tuesday so maybe ill get lucky monday with an empty hotel?

do these or any hotels let you check in way early? flight getting there at 1130 the day before the cruise so with bags etc probably could be at hotel at 1230

i wish for the money they could make the road into the terminal and that lot a bit smoother though

just checked my sailing and 400 for sea day..must be worth it or they couldnt price it as such

i'm glad to see FLL is the same as NJ. taking my first flight to a cruise out of FLL and manhattan , redhook and NJ are super fast to face scan and be on your way so thats what im used to and want in every port!

spend while you are in good health. you can pay 29 dollars a month minimum on your CC and stimulate all the lenders for 30 years. they need to make money too. if you wait till you can afford it you may be too old to enjoy it. if you are lucky you will have age health and money all at the same time.

this thread confirms ill stay in CK and the bbq joint and solarium for dinners. easier ..not as packed together like sardines either!

got email that the atlantis waterpark was refunded to me but it's not on my CC. still have to do a spreadsheet to see if all the other credits add up to the premier pass and other things i bought.
