They usually arrive 10-14 days before. Never had them any earlier than that. No big deal, just check in the blue lane to pick up your medallions. Just tell them you never received them. Only takes a few minutes more.

Not sure of your circumstances. The response was to a poster, whom had the beverage package and should not of had the $10 shipping charge. They can go to GS once OB and ask if the $10 charge can be credited as OBC, Different addresses shouldn’t come into play. If you ask for the medallion to be shipped to you, it’s a $10 fee, unless you have a beverage package.

Did you know the exact balance and what the balance should be? Do you show any obc under payments or credits in the cruise personalizer? Or your travel summary? When I use them, I usually use them and the leftover odd amount I use my credit card. I know the exact amount I owe. Go over the figures.

I was really surprised. Because RS is a great benefit for suites to order off the MDR menu, so you can enjoy it in your suite. Not everyone buy the beverage package in a suite. So, I would initiate the Ocean Now one time fee $14.99 and use the App or TV to order RS, instead of the phone. I would also complain to the concierge, if you have one or GS, that this is very tacky on Princess’s part.

Yes, they do them one at a time, but once you get close to 10, it’s rejects one of them. So, they said add about 5-8 and them wait 5-10 mins, then add more. I think on the next cruise, I’ll add some before FP and then the rest on FP day. I would just sign out of Aarp and give it 30 mins and log into it again. They probably are updating your account.

I thought anyone on a package could get the medallions shipped for free. When they started charging for the shipping, you had to have a package. The thing is, I always order and do all my check in right after booking. So, if I’ve already ordered, no additional fee. Some have reported that they were charged $10 for ordering, even though they have a package. Some say it was charged and then fell off the pending on their CC. Others say they were charged $10 and it went through. So, when OB, GS credited their account OBC.

You’re situation is different, because you went to Medical. So, logically, I would think Medicare first. But, I would call AON and ask them what to do. I didn’t get any advice from PCL or anyone. So, I just called AON and they directed me. I was happy with the check, instead of the FCC. You enjoy your cruise now. Call them when you get home.😉

So, if you already ordered it with a package, then you’re good to go. If there was a charge for ordering, you would have been charged when you ordered it. They are not going to charge you after the fact, Are you asking about other family members? Do they have a package? Did they order it yet?

They should credit it per cabin, the primary person on the booking. Since it’s guest services, it could vary how they handle it.

Glad your out! I had PVP platinum and filed with AON as a trip interruption with the medical letter attached. They paid by cash back instead of FCC. That’s what AON told me to do. It took about 4 weeks. https://aontravelclaim.com/#/home

You order the medallion on your booking, so if you are on the same booking, and order medallions for all of you, then one $10 charge. If you order individually to be sent to different addresses, then 2 shipping charges. I would, as you say, just order both on the booking and send to one address. You can meet anytime you want now to board. For now anyway!
