  1. Cruise Critic oldie but goodie article from 2019: How to Rent a Scooter or Wheelchair for Your Cruise Very, very s... l... o... w.
  2. Howdy @Lindancer When a thread has been moved, always look at the top of the thread. In this case, it now states the following: Also, note what appears under the OP's thread title and their user name as follows: Please note it says, "in Italy Ports." Previously, the OP's thread was located elsewhere & was off topic there. Hope this additional information will be satisfactory! Host Kat
  3. Howdy @richsea Note the following appearing toward the top of the various forums under the Start new topic button: Note you can Sort by the following: The auto default is Recently updated. This means the threads are sorted by last post date & time which is what most members prefer. The threads with the newest last post are at the top located under any pinned threads that always stay at the top. Please feel free to use the Sort by feature choices to hopefully have the threads appear to your liking. Hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! Happy sails, Host Kat
  4. Start at the middle of page 39 for info about the first shipment and then the forecast for the future. Patrick Nwachokor - PPM Paper Version 2.pdf (aapa-ports.org)
  5. Howdy @Photo Andy Your post & the replies have been split out from the thread where posted, moved to the Need Help Using the Forums? Check Here! forum as a thread of its own, and will be on topic here. Folks often forget about this forum. It is located at the top of the Cruise Critic Community list of forums right under Forum Assistance. Whenever you wonder if you need help, always check this forum first. Most often CC Help Jenn, Senior Community Support Specialist, has already addressed the matter. Note the large amount of "How to..." pinned threads toward the top of this forum's first page. However, in your case it might be your device or browser which is something that has been discussed on this forum many, many times. Here is one: How to: LOG OUT Often clearing your Cruise Critic cookies and Internet cache will clear up most difficulties. Also, some smaller screens need to be turned so all of the window can be seen properly. Perhaps something in the following will help: How to Clear Cookies for a Specific Site How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser How to Turn on Incognito Mode in Your Browser Host Kat

Be sure to send your email from your Cruise Critic email address of record and mention your user name. This is so your membership can be verified. If your current Cruise Critic email address of record is not correct and needs to be updated before you send your email, please see the following: How to: Change your Cruise Critic Email Address or User Name

I suggest you use the Follow feature on this thread or any other thread where you are interested in the new replies. Then you will not have to go l👀king to see if there are new replies because they will all be l👀king for you as notifications! If you need more info on how to do it, please click the following: How to: Follow Topics & Forums (Subscribed Threads/Forums Info) And don't forget, after your cruise be sure to submit your review for publication by Cruise Critic. Many cruisers will benefit from your experience! See How To: Submit a Member Review. Hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! Happy sails, Host Kat
  8. Howdy @RummyB Regarding Notifications, first make sure you are logged in with your user name & password. Click your user name located upper right over the small Search bubble in the blue bar. Next, click Account Settings. Under Other Settings, click Notification Settings. On the next page to appear, click Mentions & My Content and Followed Content. Click the little down arrow to open each section and make sure each item is set for your preference. Personally, I no longer use email for Cruise Critic notifications. I have all mine set to Notification List. I just click the Notifications Bell (to the left of my user name over the small Search bubble) to get the clickable list for all of mine. Also, click this link: Manage Followed Content You will see a list for Topics I Follow. To the right of each topic you can select change preference and make your choice OR you can completely unfollow the topic. You can also check the boxes next to each topic to make changes to multiple topic notification preferences at once If you use our Gallery Feature, make sure to look at the left of the page when you are viewing your managed content. There is a menu there to select the tabs for albums and images to choose how you receive notifications for items you follow there. If your email address of choice has changed, be sure to have your Cruise Critic email address of record changed too. That is where Cruise Critic emails are sent to you. Please see How to: Change your Cruise Critic Email Address or User Name. Please make sure you have the email address cruisecritic@invisioncloudcommunity.com white listed and/or on your safe senders list & in your Address Book contacts. Not sure how many email notifications you are receiving per day or at a time but it could be your email provider is aggressive to prevent spam. Thinking that multiple emails in a row from Cruise Critic would be spam, they bounce one of the Cruise Critic emails back to Cruise Critic. Once one of the Cruise Critic notification emails to you is bounced back to Cruise Critic, then the Cruise Critic software stops sending you any further notification emails. Please email help@cruisecritic.com from your Cruise Critic email address of record and mention your user name. Explain the above possible bounce back situation and ask if the situation applies to your Cruise Critic account. IIRC, CC Help Jenn can possibly investigate for the bounce back situation and possibly correct. Hope something in this reply will be helpful! 🤞 Happy sails, Host Kat Edited to add: I notice as I type this reply you did not Follow your thread here. Please be sure to use the Follow feature on threads where you are interested in the new replies. For more info please see How to: Follow Topics & Forums (Subscribed Threads/Forums Info) and How To: Change Email Settings/Unsubscribe: Notification Settings.

  10. Howdy @Kanti and welcome to the Cruise Critic message boards! Cruise Critic is a great resource for new as well as experienced cruisers and we are so glad you found us! Please feel free to browse the Cruise Critic Community Categories list. Read a few threads in the different forums to get a feel for what each forum is about. Make sure you read any pinned threads on the top of the first page of threads in a forum. You will find very important instructions or information there. To add to what Essiesmom said, the specific Cruise Critic Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date will be the place for you to get to know the other Cruise Critic members sailing with you before your cruise. Your fellow Roll Call thread members may have important information posted in your Roll Call thread. Especially those that have sailed your line, ship or itinerary before. Per the Guidelines we all agree to follow when registering for our free Cruise Critic memberships, the specific Roll Call thread for your cruise is the only place on the Cruise Critic message boards where you and your fellow Roll Call thread members are allowed to post personal ads about sharing private tours, excursions, transportation etc. with each other to 💲ave money. That is ... if COVID-19 protocol allows by then. There is a "captive audience" on your Roll Call thread since you are all sailing together! You will receive a much better response to your share request if you take some time to read the entire Roll Call thread, post an introductory post about yourself, and continue on with more posts back and forth to get to know the other Roll Call thread members and allow them to get to know you first before you post your share request. That is the spirit of our Roll Calls. To explain our Roll Call threads and finding the Roll Call thread for your line, ship and sail date, please read What is a Roll Call? Everything you Need to Know and How To: Create A New Roll Call. Since you do not mention your cruise line, ship and sail date, I cannot direct you to the existing Roll Call thread for your cruise if it is already established. For more information about our famous Roll Calls, please read the Roll Calls and Our Policy Regarding Facebook and Roll Calls sections in the Guidelines. And don't forget, after your cruise be sure to submit your review for publication by Cruise Critic. Many cruisers will benefit from your experience! See How To: Submit a Member Review. Sincerely hope this information will be helpful to someone new to posting on our message boards. Welcome again, and we are so glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic! Happy sails, Host Kat
  11. Howdy @Tennis tennis tennis Your thread has been moved to the Disabled Cruise Travel forum. 22. So sorry to be late in seeing your post! ☹️ Have been recuperating for a few days due to eye surgery. One down, one to go in July. Thanks to @cruisemom42 for pointing you to the Roll Call thread for your cruise! Just click the bolded thread title over the February 19, 2021 thread start date in her post to go directly to the thread. I see there have been lots of posts. As I said before, just read the whole thread then post an introductory post. That's how you "join" the Roll Call by posting on the thread. I feel sure you will then receive welcoming replies from your fellow Cruise Critic members sailing with you.
