    New website.

    No emails for quite some time. No future cruise posted on the website. Our TA did confirm our booking and pre-cruise land package are intact. Not sure about the excursions we bought several months ago though. Just completed the "Help " form. Waiting for a response. And just updated our communication preferences. Last selections disappeared.
  2. We will be on board right after you return. Hope your flight into FLL is on track. Just read that nearly 25% of today’s scheduled arrivals have been canceled. If you’re already local, no problem. Bon voyage! WAIT! Just realized you’re flying into San Juan! Enjoy some Bacardi while you’re there!
  3. Finally received the infamous email, but when I tried to acknowledge, it said my time had expired. It was like three seconds from when I opened the email and clicked on the acknowledgment link. Others have had similar issues and say a second email was received and they successfully acknowledged. So far, no second email. We leave on Millie in one week. Perhaps we’ll have something to sign when we check in at the port?
  4. I would guess under $100 for Uber. We used it to go from MIA to FLL last April, and as I recall the price wasn’t too bad and we needed the service.
  5. @At Sea At Peace I agree wholeheartedly that this thread and a couple others should have remained on the general Celebrity board. This situation is impacting so many travelers. Understand the reason, Celebrity isn’t the only cruiseline impacted, but perhaps they could run the thread in both places? I wish you all the best in your travels!

  7. Huge rain storms yesterday dumped nearly 26” at FLL, flooding the main runway. Airport was supposed to reopen at noon, but just announced not until 5am local time tomorrow, Friday, Apr 14.

  9. Never received any email and we have 6 cruises sailing after April 12, 2023. What should we do?
  10. Dumb question but how do you know an offer has expired? Is it because it’s no longer pending, rejected, or accepted?
  11. Changed password…still no future cruise booking showing up, much less excursions we bought so far. Aarrgghhhh

    Beyond my name, I get nothing further when I log in, even after changing my password. No future cruises, no loyalty points…nada. Our TA assured me our booking and previously paid excursions are intact, whew! She also said Azamara told her we should be able to see our account by May 1. Let’s pray!

    Same situation for us to some degree. I log in under our old login info, but there is nothing about our booking in December, much less the excursions we have already paid for. Not sure how soon we can see our booking, etc., but starting to get a little nervous.
  15. I assume you found it in the daily planner on the app, correct?
  16. Another question that I should already know the answer to…but….if we have both WiFi minutes based upon our Capt Club category and also have WiFi from the All Included, what minutes get used first?
