Just curious about what those of you who are current or recent cruisers are seeing capacity wise? Our last two cruises this past April (TA) and May (Mediterranean) on Reflection were 1/3 and 1/2 full.

Is the “self” serve buffet back to self-serve?

Looks like 10%, plus any Captains Club level you get. We just paid $10.99 per night, per person, plus 18% gratuity this morning. This included the 10% sale and our 15% for CC level. So if you start with $14.36, you get there. So $14.36 is the base upgrade charge before discounts and gratuity.

The price of the upgrade is roughly $15 pp per day, plus 18% gratuity. Call Celebrity to make the upgrade. Right now I believe there’s 10% discount offering too. So it may be a little less than $15.

I just booked two cruises on the 11th with Elevate. It paid to upgrade. Guess I was lucky to lock it In.

Anyone know why the Elevate and Indulge optional packages have disappeared from the booking process?

Definitely do the Delos excursion. Just amazing! And no tender. Took “water taxi” to and from Mykonos to pier where Reflection docked.

We’re new to Azamara, sailing in 2024. How have you found the ship, etc, since the change in ownership? Any changes, plus or minus, in services, amenities, ship and stateroom, shops, casino, food, dining and bars, entertainment?

We used the service in Buenos Aires.

The description of the Chef’sTable by Daniel Boulud in the Plan Your Cruise link states we will be notified once on board of the date, time and location for the dinner. We were hoping to select the date of our anniversary celebration, but it appears this will be a “group” event, which is fine with us. I spoke to Celebrity about also getting our 15% discount for Elite Plus. Told we will need to go to Captain’s Club on board to get the discount in OBC, which doesn’t make sense to me. I’ll wait a bit longer and call again. Not sailing until Aug 2023.

This says if you’re Classic level or above and you buy a Classic or Premium drink package, you too can enjoy the Captain’s Club happy hour free drinks. But these passengers are paying for these same alcoholic drinks anyway with their purchase of Classic or Premium package. There’s no extra or free benefit for a Classic, non-Elite, passenger. The drinks offered under the free CC happy hour are Classic drink package level to begin with. This is all marketing to make you think you’re getting something for free. Not! But in order to benefit with any free canapés (if they ever start them up again) in the Sky Lounge, you really must be Elite and above…aka Elite Happy Hour.

Just booked the Chef’s Table by Daniel Boulud. Any opinions? This dining event is not the Chef’s Tour event (which we did in Naples in May, and it was phenomenal.).

We didn’t notice a change in service either and still received the extra points. Win-win!
