  1. We did it on our own without Celebrity. Just get off the ship and turn left. There are a number of vendors that sell combo tickets for the Ferry an Blue Lagoon. Was on of our favorite day trips.
  2. The app is the easiest to just grab a checkin time. Just go immediately to Arrival Time and select a time. Scroll down further on the page and select a Arrival Time for your spouse also. You can come back at any time -either via the app or web and complete the remainder of the checkin information. You should be able to check in at 12:01 departure time of the port. So if Fort Lauderdale - Midnight Easter on 9PM Pacific
  3. I just take a sharpie and scratch out the original room and write in the new one. Never had a problem.
  4. It hasn't occurred in many years but we had erroneous charges 3-4 times over the past 20 years. Each time they reversed them when I called in. We got in the habit of taking a picture of the contents of the refrigerator on arriving in our room and on departure morning.
  5. The Wifi account is different than your Celebrity Account. You use the number printed on you Sea Pass and then create a Username and 4 digit pass code.
  6. Glad you made it safe and sound. It is always exciting to get up knowing yo will be aboard shortly.
  7. Another option for the OP is to dispute the charge on their Credit Card.
  8. Two option - One is to e-mail Engagement Center - CelebrityEngagementCenter@celebrity.com The other is to message them via Twitter. They respond pretty quickly.
  9. Changed a number of cabins after final payment. As long as the room you wish is in the same sub-category there is no problem.
  10. In the past when a ship went Code Red for a long time there was a good chance they were working on a Full Ship Charter. Japan is a big market for full charters. Fingers crossed for you.
  11. I use the same tags. Been using them for about 5 years and they are as sturdy as new.
  12. If Gen-Z is into Whales - you have to book the Whale Watch Cabo trip. Small boats with about 12 passengers and they give you a link to all the pictures the photographer takes for free. Best whale watching ever and they take you to the Arches on the way out. https://www.whalewatchcabo.com/
  13. Our luggage and cruise documents became available yesterday - 30 days prior to cruise. They are in the Cruise Documents near the end or of like me you don't want all the junk you can download luggage tags alone - Option on Web with Boarding Pass
  14. If you want to chat with your spouse you should each crate a free account and choose Free Wifi.
  15. I would guess but never done it, you could get off at 7:00 AM when they begin walkoffs. Just bring your SeaPass and your Transit Card.
  16. Funny how the Upgrade Offer is released. We are shortly taking 3 cruises on Apex April 15 - Move Up opened February 16 April 22 - Still has not Opened May 14 - Opened yesterday March 14 Having said that I've never received an e-mail from Celebrity but when I herd about it being opened on our roll call am able to go in and place a bid.
  17. Gary, Look forward to following along. We will be on Apex for the same trip in about a month so will enjoying your Live post.
  18. Yes. Just go to the Cashier. I do it often.
  19. Your correct. My apartment was down by Pikes Market and often would have a cruise ship parked in my living room. Depending on day of the week it would be a reverse commute.
  20. Last year I was trying it out for our return from Reykjavik and I was able to CheckIn at 5PM PDT.
  21. Not sure what you mean by program. If you mean the paid upgrade - yes. We were in a Aqua Guarantee and bid on a SS and CS and won the CS.
  22. My experience is that it is Midnight of the timezone that the cruise is departing. I would expect it to be at 12:00 Am PDT but you could always check at 9:00 PM just to confirm. Come back and let us know what you find.
  23. While one never knows what could happen, I would think you will be fine. I use to work in Seattle commuting home to San Francisco on Friday and Monday. While 10 AM might be a tight connection I would think you would not have too much struggle to make a 10AM flight. SeaTac airport is about 20 minutes away by car. If you have TSA Pre you should have not problems unless the ship happens to be late. Walkoffs usually begin at 7:15. Out of an abundance of caution I might arrange a car service so you aren't waiting for a cab or Uber.
  24. Charla - definitely going to hitchhike a ride a ride and follow along with your next adventure. Can't wait to see how Gen-Z enjoys this cruise. Very lucky young lady. Make sure you hold on to all of her sea-passes so she can get the points when she turns 18.
