We are shortly taking 3 cruises on Apex April 15 - Move Up opened February 16 April 22 - Still has not Opened May 14 - Opened yesterday March 14 Having said that I've never received an e-mail from Celebrity but when I herd about it being opened on our roll call am able to go in and place a bid.

While one never knows what could happen, I would think you will be fine. I use to work in Seattle commuting home to San Francisco on Friday and Monday. While 10 AM might be a tight connection I would think you would not have too much struggle to make a 10AM flight. SeaTac airport is about 20 minutes away by car. If you have TSA Pre you should have not problems unless the ship happens to be late. Walkoffs usually begin at 7:15. Out of an abundance of caution I might arrange a car service so you aren't waiting for a cab or Uber.
