@nordski, Happy Canada Day to you and all of the other Canadian CCers! It has been very hazy here in Burlington, too, so not healthy to spend too much time outside. Fortunately, still have those N95 masks!

I called the Azamara Circle number today and was pleasantly surprised to be on hold for only 4 minutes (called at 9 am EDT). I thought that maybe I would have better luck fixing my points over the phone. Unfortunately, the agent said Loyalty was not yet up and running and to try again after July 4th. She was able to help me with my Refer and Receive question though. FFCs are per reservation, not # of guests referred in cabin.

Does Viking provide any sort of tote bag in the cabin?

Can the TAs on this board say whether their commission is the same if they initiate the booking or if the booking is transferred to them?

I am on a similar itinerary in October and am in my 70s, so following this with interest. From what I can see, Honduras recommends the vaccine, but doesn’t require it. Would love to hear the experience of others. My local infectious disease clinic told me to check with my PCP about a certificate of exemption. I have an appointment anyway in August, so will check with her then.

Having read your post, I asked my TA to check with Azamara to make sure that they had my cc on file. They did not!! Now they do and are saying 7-10 business days. We’ll see.

You can always book direct and then transfer (within 30 days) to your preferred TA. You may receive additional OBC from the TA

My TA will take Azamara bookings, but I sense reluctantly, as he still has to spend hours on hold every time he has to contact them.

Thanks for this. It was certainly not my understanding. And now that I am off of my “qualifying” cruise, my new loyalty level has not shown up. Gah!

Your loyally level won’t change until AFTER your next cruise, so you may not be able to book onboard with the expectation of using those “free” nights.
