  1. Ignore all the words in the sale... Always look at the price listed in the cruise planner... The price already includes the buy 1 get 1 and any other discount so it's the price you pay per person per day. All the words are the sales marketing making you think there is a better deal when it may not be.
  2. I think whiskey is very sweet as well but my wife disagrees whole heartedly.
  3. You can watch YouTube just be ready to wait a long time to buffer. Surf isn't even good enough for browsing anything with lots of pictures but it's perfect for WiFi calling, texting and text emails.
  4. Yeah I know she can drink hard liquor but she's not a fan lol. Was hoping someone knew of any of the mixed drinks that were celiac friendly... If not we'll have to be annoying at the bar and ask to see ingredients.
  5. I am a whiskey drinker, but my wife is not. She was recently diagnosed with celiac so trying to be careful on our next cruise. Any good recommendations for tasty sweet drinks for someone with celiac on ship?
  6. They also add a nice dose of plastic residue to the water by putting the water tap or spring in the cheapest plastic containers money can buy. Don't get me wrong I still drink bottled water when I have to but not when I don't.
  7. Main huge pool on coco cay is not heated but can be refreshing if it's hot that day.
  8. Seems to happen all the time with linked accounts. First thing I do now before I call anyone.
  9. If it's cold outside, indoor pool is pretty busy. If your looking to do laps you want early in the morn or during dinner times or later when it'll be empty.
  10. Smaller ports where the big UNs can't dock World cruise... Personally, I just wish the old smaller ships were upgraded with a flowrider.
  11. Looking closer at the app for jewel, on embarkation day looks like only option is windjammer or chops (not free). Solarium bistro is open for snacks at 3-6. Then everything else opens for dinner. Cafe latte-tudes looks like the only thing open most of the day similar to cafe promenade on other ships.
  12. Looking on the app jewel only has cafe latte-tudes from that list. So windjammer or room service if it's available? One of the specialty restaurants may be open for lunch as well but that's not included for free.
  13. On the off chance the people already booked cancel or royal up themselves. They are making sure there are enough bids ready to replace them. Chances are high the room isn't available and you get rejected but if interested doesn't hurt to try.
  14. You can't wifi hotspot from phone if your using WiFi to connect to voom. Newer windows laptops may be able to though. Actually I take that back... Just tried it and it works lol. Main issue would be your phone may overheat hotspotting. I would get a dedicated device or use laptop.
  15. No and yes. It's on the card. Unless you are linked as a significant other or a child in the same household you will not get the diamond+ benefits.
  16. I thought of that too but it's too obvious and may be awkward.
  17. Yeah I was just on adventure in Jun. Really nice up there with benches and all. Usually very few people if any.
  18. If you want private... Helipad at sunset/night would be nice. If it want public, one of the specially restaurants, just let them know what your doing ahead of time and they will help you out.
  19. It was in an email most of us just got from Royal Caribbean. Sounds like it's also also posted on their website.
  20. I am vaccinated but DW can't for health reasons so I've been cruising solo. While cruising solo is great, I missed having my wife along. We have a cruise booked together for Nov so I've been keeping on top of this to figure out what I need to do to get her to go with me. This makes things so much simpler!
  21. More importantly did everyone you go with try that fatty pork belly? 😉
