You're also assuming same quarantine rules apply and that royal will even check you... Since no regulations they can just look the other way or just treat your symptoms and send you back out.

Lol... Why even bother if it's the following " Accepted Tests Guests can now take advantage of at-home antigen tests (even unsupervised ones!) to satisfy this requirement. Proof of a negative test can be the printed or digital results, a clear photo of your self-test result, or your actual self-test in hand. To learn more about our accepted tests, visit our FAQ."

Or even easier you can use your card for both then later have your husband use his for both drinks. I think how they handle you giving them someone else's card without them there varies by person and how well they know you... E.g if you tip and remember you
-
You give them your card(s). You can check the app to see how many are used or you can ask them to check on their system. I've used all 4 of my drinks on my card for different people without issue. They just have to ring it up separately.

May 26 Adventure - an alternate review
Blur replied to Jkaczanowski's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I was on the same cruise. I thought everything was great including food and flowrider. @Jkaczanowski You'll get the white band next time 😉. The 3 slice thing was funny. I literally was the only person in line and I asked for a pie. They said 3 slices and wouldn't budge even though I was the only person there and they had plenty of pizza just sitting there. I asked if I can just get back in line and get 3 more. He said yes so that was literally what I did... Make the little circle back into line and repeat. I understand they put in rules to limit pizza but that was super silly. -
Just got off adventure where an adult tried to use 18yo son's card for alcoholic diamond drink. It was denied by the server. He showed us on the card it has m2? on the top which means minor and no alcohol.

Yeah I concur... The tendering was definitely a mess. I didn't even bother getting a ticket. I just left after 1130 when it was open to everyone which wasn't bad but it was a 30 min ride each way since bar harbor made us anchor further away. I heard the line coming back was horrible as well. I only stayed for an hour to get some blueberry ice cream and meet up with some friends who were trying a lobster roll.

Key lunch from embarkation.. sorry ate before I remembered to take a picture. Branzino Also food and service has been excellent on adventure so far. The only issue I've seen is long lines from people waiting to be seated for dining. I am guessing they are choosing to make people wait in line and provide better service and food once seated vs seat everyone and provide mediocre food and service with less staff.

Just got my b2b letter in my cabin today as well. Two questions since this is my first b2b. I heard we can leave stuff on hangers for cabin move... Is this still valid on adventure? Also I have both key lunch and b2b lunch available... Which one would you do? (I've done key lunch before about 3x so know what to expect but not the b2b). I do the key when sailing solo mainly for extra flowrider time... before people jump on me for wasting money on key 😉.

it should be fifo (first in first out). If was lifo then one person would never get kicked off and random doesn't make sense programming wise to handle a simple queue. Sorry couldn't resist.
-
Rgr if you are technical. For regular people it's easier to just kick someone off then log out every time from a logged in device since it's less steps.
-
You don't have to log out... You basically just log in the new device and kick off the previous one. Only time there is an issue is if you have kids and they are sharing a single account kicking each other off 😂

Diamond Benefits - Have not cruised since 2019
Blur replied to chiokie's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Yes and yes (1 day surf per diamond person) -
If using just royal app for shows and schedule, just need to connect to wifi which is free for just the app. Texting with people not on ship requires internet. Surf, stream, or just cell service at ports (not free) There is a chat app you can use to talk to people on the ship who have the app.. it's like 2 dollars a day but you can't text with people off the ship.
-
Surf was good for wifi calling as well (at least for Verizon) but I wouldn't use it for anything picture heavy unless you have lots of patience.

validating vaccination info on app
Blur replied to watertraveler's topic in Royal Caribbean International
It's whenever the human that is assigned to check it gets to it. On my upcoming b2b my second cruise was verified in like a week but the first cruise took more than two. I would just check 2 weeks before the cruise and not worry about it.
