Busy day here today. Laundry, some weeding by the pool, pool cleaning, and Owen had ball practice. We also got a couple more summer cars out and cooked T-Bone steaks for dinner. They were around 15oz. No late nights for us today. Someone was watching all day long. Doing nothing is exhausting. This was seconds before she put her head down.

You are correct. This car has 5 modes being normal, sport, track, drag and wet. In each mode there is also numerous changes that can be made within. They are only available in automatics but they do have paddle shifting for a manual mode. It has 760HP and redlines at 7,500 rpm.

Lisa and I were out for date last night and we took one of the summer cars. We went to the finest grocery store called Loblaws, and Walmart too. To top it off, we were home by 8pm. 😂

2 out of 9,581 schools in Australia is a not even a blip. For all we know, those two schools might also allow book burnings. Give the container a good shake every time you use it to mix the spices. I put on a liberal amount but Lisa finds salt an pepper to be enough. I don’t start adding the salt until the container is at the half way point. For some reason it disappears from the bottle. Season how you like it. Reminds me of a skit from Letterkenny. Many thanks. They taste amazing too. 🙂 They all get a quick coating of extra virgin olive oil. Lisa and Owen get salt and pepper on both sides. Mine get Keg Spice (Steak House up here in Canada) and salt both sides. Cooking time; 1.5 minutes then a half turn for another 1.5. Then flip and follow the same procedure with a temp check during the final 1.5 minutes. Medium rare, only way in this house.
