Thanks for the report @mcloaked. I am not a dancer, but have to say I found the music in the Queens Room too modern for my taste. I also has problems with the WiFi being very unstable even when tied up in port, it was here one minute and gone the next. So we can't really blame the movement of the ship or location. Unlike many I didn't queue to get a cruise card. To avoid being locked out, I went back to my cabin after the show and got let in by the steward, then stayed there for the rest of the night. My card arrived at 7.30am on Monday morning. However, it worked fine and did not need to be replaced.

Thanks @techteach sadly, I am working Thursday Friday. There is some lovely countryside around here. Some of the Road Trips have been filmed not far from where I live.

Packing done. A total of nine people have been told to go their staterooms today. Those are the only ones this cruise. Weather is glorious now was out on deck for about an hour this morning. Sadly I have to get off tomorrow.

A quick update from QM2. The dreaded announcement has been made. Four people have been asked to return to their staterooms and call the pursers office. I am not one of them thankfully.

I am on QM2 now can can confirm no bar of soap. Just ldispenssers for liquid soap shampoo shower gel and body lotion.

I always pack my suits and shirts folded not rolled. They don't have rails so if you bring a suit bag you would need to carry it. It will also need to be scanned at security.

Just a quick pre breakfast visit to say wifi and Internet on QM2 working for now. Also instant coffee in cabins now Taylors Choice by Nescafe. Not sure if this a permanent change.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already. When I was chatting to Yoyo she mentioned that there are no plans to go back to a fixed time for second sitting.

I can confirm the age group does seem to be slightly younger than on previous trips.

Hello from QM2 just off a wet Norway. Having a great time so far. Food service and entertainment all up to the usual standard. I went to see Yoyo yesterday to say hello and book for September 2023. Off to the Verandaha tonight as only two sea days will use free lunch as discount for dinner

Thanks HH. The certificate was accepted with no issues so I am on board. Just to let people know there is still a testing centre across from the Mayflower Terminal. So if all else fails you can get it done at the dock side. For a price. From my experience I can recommend the £14.98 home test from Boots as quick, efficient and cheaper than going to a testing centre.

I forgot to say the test came back negative so I am good to go.

A quick update on my home test. Did it this morning before setting off. System for registering result was pritty easy. Got confirmation in less than two hours and a certificate has been emailed to me. I just hope this meets with approval from Cunard. It should but I will be happier when I know for sure. I will report tomorrow.
