Are you on a ship now or have you not started the cruise yet? if on the ship, consult Guest Relations. It is not unusual, though, that bookkeeping takes care of such things overnight

On embarkation day it is only open for concierge class passengers and back to back passengers and zeniths. Otherwise, it will be open for lunch on Sea days, but closed on port days at lunch
