  1. Your cabin attendant was incorrect. He/she is responsible for providing the products to you. m
  2. Have you looked at a 7-night sailing rather than a 3N/4N b2b? M
  3. Another vote for B2B on Utopia. If you can't get the same cabin, moving cabins isn't too bad. Of course, staying in the same cabin is preferable. Happy Anniversary M
  4. The full entertainment schedule will be available when you board. There will be entertainment. Use the app and search for a current Odyssey sailing to get an idea of entertainment. M
  5. Many people do dress up for formal (or dress your best) nights. Some, just as in the past, will be much more casual, including shorts and t shirts. The air temperature is OK for me but the ocean is a bit too cold. Unless I'm in the Southern Caribbean, I often don't book snorkeling excursions in the winter. Yes - you should be able to book shows for Oaiss Class in advance. M
  6. In paper NO, BUT..... You have described a booking method that others have used. In your case it is doubtful the two family members (the wife and one child) in a standard cabin will be denied Coastal Kitchen dining, theater seating, drinks in the suite lounge, priority boarding etc associated with the suite and provided to the husband and other 3 children. I've never heard of an instance (here or in other social media sites) where the family was not provided benefits as a whole. I guess Royal didn't expect this issue to come up or come up often. In reality, they could tell you that if you want to do things together (dine, venue seating, etc) , then you have to give up the suite benefits. doubtful M
  7. We've done dozens of B2B's. We've always ( in the group) had to be escorted off to customs and then escorted right back on. Except for a few months when we had the return to sailing, we've always been allowed to go back to our cabin, or to the new cabin. (During the return to sailing, they were reportedly doing extensive cleaning to the hallways. ) A few times the new cabin is not ready, so we vacate and enjoy other areas of the ship for a while. Generally, cabin attendant will clean the cabins of B2B first, but occasionally there is an attendant who likes to clean the cabins in a particular order. They will give you an "in Transit" card in case you are questioned by staff. M
  8. Everyone starts with just one bar of soap, it is not a solo cruiser thing. The cabin attendant will, of course, provided more. M
  9. I knew someone would bring up the $18 glitch. That really doesn't help your fellow passenger evaluate the drink package price. They asked a reasonable question with hopes of receiving helpful info. M
  10. It is correct. We recently returned from 17 days on Jewel. No repeat menus but a few repeat items. M
  11. I would hope no one lets loose and parties a little harder in the solarium, as I believe it is intended to be a quieter place. What in the world would someone do in a public pool area that is so extreme that it can't be done in front of children. Yikes. M
  12. Casinos are on one floor per ship but may be on different floors on different ships. Oasis class ships have removed the Jazz club and put in a SMALL non smoking casino. M
  13. Thanks and thanks to Bob. His legacy lives on. I did a CC search with no usable results M
  14. Does anyone recall the cabin number ranges in the section of the ship that was added with the ship enlargement? Specifically, the OV and Int numbers. Thanks M
  15. The easiest way to see options is on the app. It will show what is offered in the various venues. Be aware that many of the wines listed are not available. Don't forget you may bring one bottle per adult in the cabin. There is no corkage, and you may bring the bottle or a glass anywhere. Glass prices start at about $10. M
  16. Any idea if there will still be a DJ party pool at the current large pool? If so, then two DJ pool parties, one free, and one $$? M
  17. Y'all are lucky. Seems our allotment gets charged for every drink on Coco Cay (as it should be). I tend to drink more on Coco Cay than on the ship. M
  18. And speculation likely caused lots if hits, the desired result. This blogger is NOT affiliated with RCCL and has no more info that anyone here. I always wonder if he actually paid for the items he reviews (drink packages, over the water cabanas, water park, specialty dining, etc.) or if he receives them free of charge from RCCL. He never discloses if he pays or does not. M
  19. Terminal one has two small benches by the door that seat about 12 people. There are a handful of benches where folks wait for ride share, There is a restaurant close by to the terminal. Perhaps you could have breakfast at that restaurant while you are waiting to get into the terminal. Terminal five has no place to sit outside the terminal. m
  20. I noticed that yesterday when I was looking at beach club prices for some upcoming cruises. m ps-not considering going to the beach club, was more interested in seeing how much they were asking for various cruises. $235.99 per person for a cruise in late January 2024. Almost $500 just to spend a few hours at the beach club! m
  21. Your diamond status on royal Caribbean allows you elite status on Celebrity. You would be eligible for all of the elite benefits. Elite benefits, and diamond benefits are not the same. m
