I booked through a TA and am able to "view credits" for all my bookings. I click on booked cruise and then manage cruise and it shows....when I click on View credits.....it shows the breakdown of credits. Luckily asking for a bowl of berries is easily accomplished on O. because it is an "on the menu" item .....unless it has been several weeks since they could replenish. O is definitely not a "stick to the menu" kind of cruise line. We have made many changes to the menu (combining items from several different options) but O is most definitely not like having a private chef that will create a special dish just for you several nights a week. I have sailed on Seabourne and did not find them any more flexible than O for creating a special dish "off menu" any time I wanted (but we also do not require that)... It sounds like you will be much happier with a smaller cruise line where you can, perhaps, create your own specific menus and recipes.

Special requests are easily handled with a few day's notice (if they have the ingredients and recipe).....first you indicated that you were looking to have special requests a couple times a week and then stated that you requested a special meal once or twice on your other cruises....on our most recent Oceania cruise, Indian food was available on the regular menu in several different venues several times a week.

What type of special orders? On Marina you will have 4 specialty restaurants plus MDR, Terrace, Waves, Baristas and room service. If you are in a Penthouse of above, you can order from any of the specialty restaurants for dinner for course by course serving in your room...

We were supposed to be on this sailing (booked when first came out 18 months ago) because of the itinerary going to St P and up into the Artic....we canceled when the itinerary eliminated the stops in the Russian ports and going into the Arctic. We agree with them canceling those ports but not interested in the new itinerary. The cruise was sold out almost immediately upon release of the itinerary up to Russia invading Ukraine and the elimination of the Russian ports. There were many cancelations at that time and the cruise had/has lots of availability. Since they have already released the new itinerary and people are booking for that itinerary, I believe that O will not cancel the cruise unless there is a major change in the war in Ukraine that effects all of Europe. Go find the roll call for this cruise and you will get a sense of people's thoughts.

We were on the Marina in November and our cabin was never sprayed or misted.....I never heard of this being done

We have stayed in one on Nautica (sister ship to Sirena).......HUGE balconies with room for loungers and table and chairs. Beautiful wake views......did not notice any noise

I believe I have read where several people have been able to take the test in Barcelona.....you may contact your hotel and ask if they have information on a rapid COVID test near their location. We took the proctored COVID tests with us and did the test in our hotel room using the hotel WIFI Had the results sent via email and text within 15 minutes of taking the test.

Shhhhh....don't let everyone know about that super cabin and the one opposite on other hallway!

We have sailed on both the O and R class ships and found the same overall high quality of food on both.....the only difference is the extra specialty restaurants on the larger ships which broadens the places and cuisines available.

When we have been in a Penthouse and had the prestige alcohol package, our butler brought us glasses of wine with our afternoon goodies........ assume he could bring you cocktail of choice too
