  1. Well nobody had considered that ! So one of these, not those
  2. Hopefully @Cruise NHwill be back to solve the mystery!
  3. As it's related to the travelling round the UK part of the post rather than the cruise I'm assuming it's about being able to cook. Thanks for reporting back and I hope your husband feels better soon and you stay negative.
  4. Thanks for your report, it's good to hear that you had an enjoyable time.
  5. This has been the situation on QM2 since she returned to service and discussed in several threads here. The "new" system of 2 fixed sittings and open dining hasn't started on QM2 yet. "Open Dining will be available from 3 October 2022 on Queen Elizabeth, 23 October 2022 on Queen Victoria, or 1 November 2022 on Queen Mary 2. Check My Cunard to choose your preferred dining time before you sail."
  6. Sorry to hear that, I hope your partner is feeling better soon.
  7. To be fair, Cunard don't call it an app, it's an "online digital planner". CC5330-my-voyage-guide-online-v3.pdf
  8. It was mostly OK using Chrome on Queen Victoria
  9. If you select sold out voyages when you search it should re-appear. Berth 106 is Mayflower Terminal, the terminals are well sign posted. They will sell you various celebration packages for your anniversary, once you're onboard you can order a special dinner.
  10. The other clue on our cruise was the number of cases in the special disembarkation area at the end, a lot!
  11. Sea Day activities on Queen Victoria earlier this month
  12. Oh dear, were you travelling on your own? If not, was your travelling companion positive and quarantined as well? Full disclosure - my husband caught Covid on the 23rd September sailing and I'm wondering if the procedures are the same.
  13. Sorry to hear you missed part of your cruise due to Covid. I hope you are feeling better now.
  14. There's no cocktail parties at the moment but you might get an extra bottle of Pol Acker.
  15. 🍾 Great news, I love the feeling of staying on board! Have a great second cruise, I look forward to reading about it and seeing more wonderful photographs.
  16. Thanks again for all your posts and photographs, it looks like you're having a fabulous time to me.
  17. It used to be 8.30 or 10.30 so the show is after dinner for both main dinner sittings. Occasionally, either on the last night or for certain shows there might be an early show before second sitting dinner but fortunately it's not a regular occurrence. I agree with @carlmm, I don't want to go to a show pre-dinner. You can't compare cruise ship entertainment to a regular theatre where there is a single performance lasting at least a couple of hours. Enjoy your last afternoon and evening on board.
  18. Enjoy your last afternoon and evening on board and thanks again for posting.
  19. I'm glad you enjoyed Top Hat, I'm not usually a fan of Cruise ship shows but I have seen it twice.
