LAX (USA) to CPH (22 hour layover here) to NCE; AMS to CPH to LAX . I book through an air consolidator if it makes a difference. Prem Econ, Business/Lhaul

Looking at flights LAXNCE AMSLAX next May/June on SAS, business class; all flights are Class J. Website I'm looking at says Prem Economy, Bus long haul. Anyone have experience with SAS?

B to B OBC has never been automatic; a form would need to be completed online. The other option was calling and having the Azamara agent link the voyages and add the OBC.

A TA can see all cabin availability online; sounds like someone doesn't want to do their job. It's a very simple thing to look up for the TA

All of the Azamara employees are trained; is that what you're asking? If you are looking for a "dedicated cruise planner", I'd suggest you use a TA

Most US carriers these days will allow flights to be canceled and rebooked without cancellation fees, only change in fare. I feel bad for all affected; always disappointing

booking yourself is the way it's been in the past and hopefully will be again soon. I guess my point is that if you use a TA, the TA is there- or should be there- to help you regardless of the issue.

There is no difference in price with Azamara for any of the packages they sell. If you happen to have OBC, you will want to wait until you're onboard if you are wanting to use it for any of your package purchases. Have a wonderful cruise!! -

They have Flash Sales, which is what I would expect, so maybe 3-5 days long.

You most likely will find it a much different vibe. Think bachelor and hen parties, we had many on our short cruise in 2017. we didn't mind it, as there was a lot of interesting people watching 🙂

Typically if the price goes down, you can rebook if it's a new sale; you may or may not be charged a cancellation fee of 75.00pp, just depends. At least US bookings. If you have a specific staterrom you want or if the cruise is selling well, I would suggest booking now. And use a travel agent...

I have had success in the past with being able to use the credit on things other than tours, when there has been nothing to book onboard. Perhaps a pleasant conversation with an officer would help... This was before transition, though.

I don't think any cruiselines have made changes to 2024 itineraries yet. I just received an email from Oceania stating that they are looking at the 2024 cruises but are not making any immediate changes. I'm sure it's the same with Azamara.
