Geoff Carnival is only having the free ice cream from 11am to 12am and a few people onboard are complaining on FB about the cut back in the hours from 24/7

Ok but Princess doesn’t open till 9am Monday so you’ll have to do it then

It’s our time but if you try and call you’ll get the recorded message about the opening hours, not sure how you can call the US will it keep until Monday morning what you want to know ?

Why didn’t you get something off guest services whilst onboard

I’m not sure what your problem is but I don’t have any trouble I’m doing a solo 4 night cruise from Brisbane 11/12/22 and the fare is $489 for an obstructed cabin which is a good price for a solo they do have some other good prices 6/11/22 7 nights obstructed $633 13/11/22 7 nights obstructed $555 11/12/22 4 nights obstructed $489 15/12/22 3 nights obstructed $350 if you have a VIFP number and tick over 55 and change the room from 2 to 1 and all you do is when you find the cabin you want just click on continue until you get to the payment page if your not sure about the booking you can put it on a 98 hour hold if the cruise is past final payment but if it’s due soon full payment would need to be paid

The Sanctuary would be too cold going to NZ but if you was on the Majestic Princess they have the Hollywood Conservatory I’d stay there and get there early and grab a cabana if you can and it’s all undercover and warm

Paying your fare in AUD is good and if you don’t drink much it won’t cost a lot i’m D+ and we get 5 drinks every day and being a non drinker you can have my share if we’re on the same cruise

It would be very nice if they change the currency but they never have before

I’ve cruised a lot on Royal & Princess and did a few on Carnival Spirit and quite enjoyed them and in a couple of weeks I’m trying out Carnival Splendor so I’ll see how that one goes……..I’ve noticed that Carnival wins hands for pricing and I cruise solo sometimes and I can do 2 cruises on Carnival and maybe one on Princess or Royal for the same price

When you go into your booking it has this …Excursions and amenities like drink packages and in-stateroom gifts will be available for purchase on board .it doesn’t say anything about the steak house so you could ring Carnival and ask them , lot of people complain on Facebook about getting onto customers service the phones are open from 8am to 7pm Sydney time and the best time to ring is at 8am

In regards to our QLD Senior Go card if you use your pensions concession card it expires when your concession card expires but if you use your QLD Seniors card it expires at 10 years

You can do a RAT test yourself 24 hours before boarding and you should be able to pick up some from most chemist shops and take a photo if negative and if asked at check in show them the photo
