Yes, our cruise was late Oct. Southampton to FLL. Slightly rainy day in Southampton. First two days a little chilly. Sun came out for rest of trip, very smooth sailing. Six sea days, four ports in the Caribbean and it was a great 15 night trip. We were on deck 10 forward with no overhang above us. We are sun lovers so it worked out great. Not too hot but just hot. Happy sailing

We have done the 15 night Indy from Southampton to FLL. Fantastic cruise and had great weather and seas like glass.

+1, cruises in Europe are far dresser than any cruise line in the Caribbean.

Expect the cabin to be very hot and getting cooked while sitting outside. Some decks are totally open to the sun and some ships have overhangs above the balcony. Last few TA'S we have had the air set as low as possible to a little cool. Sun shines right straight into the cabin from sun up to sun down. We have done 1 Eastbound and 5 Westbound, West bound has always been warm with great weather, our 1 eastbound was much colder. There is not a shady starboard side, the sun never makes it over to the starboard side. I may have slightly over stated my experience but you get the picture. Most of our sailings have been leaving the Med for Fl. One TA was from Southampton to FL in Oct. and it was also awesome. 4 TA'S on Oasis Class, 1 on Freedom class and one on Voyager class.

We have done many Westbound TA's, always port side traveling the Med to FL for the sun. Don't be fooled by Oct. weather, most days the cabin will be so hot the slider needs to be closed and curtains drawn.

Sell into the good news, be a buyer when things look gloomy. Pigs get slaughtered investors get rich.

Strike two, it is also a connecting cabin. If you get the chance try to move. Do NOT mention it was a GTY cabin. best of luck.

Bean counters have not decided what to charge for the ability of pre reserving times and days. Kind of like the airlines charging $25 to pick your seat early . Have had a package on every cruise over the last 10 years, there has never been a courtesy reservation made for us on any ship. Some people would gladly pay a up charge to pre reserve. Can also see a added 18% on the up charge

. Also curious if it is in place of, or just added as a second plate. Makes the Porterhouse a tempting add on.

Last cruise on Symphony there were shorts, t shirts and mens sandals worn in MDR on formal night.

It is slightly bigger than X Beyond. We have sailed Oasis Class many times and found Quantum and Ovation to feel small, crowded and lacking in things to do.

Keep checking the cruise planner, we have bought lunches, Chop's and Jamies, for around $20 on sale.

Our son is a Border Patrol Agent in Arizona. Just last week he caught a group of 15 Haitians crossing the border. They all claimed it was now overrun with gangs to the point of no one is safe. They all listed Brooklyn as their place to be sent to.

Close to normal , somewhere around 11:30 - noon.
