  1. Should be noted a travel router like the TP-Link AC750 is only $40
  2. You can with select androids or a travel router. Most phones including iPhones do not have this hotspot feature. For these phones they can only convert cellular reception into a hotspot
  3. No cell phone reception = no Wi-Fi hotspot except on a select few android phones. Otherwise you’ll need a “travel router” to multiply a Wi-Fi signal
  4. Use the URL above and add you’re sailings when you get a free moment just in case X decides to end the extra CC points
  5. And that’s assuming you’re rated somewhat-accurately
  6. Seafood tower at raw on 5 There are blind taste tests where new englanders taste both Maine and spiny tail meat and pick the spiny version…Spiny lobsters are sweeter…With that being said, the claws are my favorite which are only on Maine lobsters
  7. Question, the non-gambler “free” cabins, is it only the Mexican Riviera? I believe the comped offers have a lot more options including ten nighters on the Edge
  8. Was required routine scheduled maintenance, along with (as stated) some soft goods “Revolutionized” is what they call the major upgrade; when that happens X will be sure to tell you and everyone else it’s been done…ha ha
  9. Iguana cafe, walk over the platoon bright turn left and it’s right there…it’s affordable good food but you’re there to people watch and watch the bridge open and close…Could just have a couple drinks there if you want to eat somewhere else
  10. The good news is starlink was deployed on it today Done both wifi calling and Teams and while it's usually fine, I have experienced some hiccups with wifi interruptions booting me...With Teams, if you just need to listen and throw in a comment here and there you'll probably be fine...If you need to be the speaker over video for an hour, good luck...lol
  11. Food is cooked in batches, so any special requests need to be made separately...May be a long wait
  12. Seems AI, which has been tweaked a few times, has run its course. When AI was first announced it seemed like it was a direct response to land based AI resorts not to mention they received a huge marketing buzz for media calling it an "all inclusive cruise line"
  13. After the restart there was enforcement but for well over a year there hasn't been and its been just like San Pedro...So in FLL an MIA, immediately after the restart it went who is how checkin devolved: 1) Queued lines outside the terminal, employees enforcing them 2) Queued lines gone, employees posted at the terminal doors which you show your negative covid tests to, once inside you'll be met with check in employees 3) Currently, no employees outside or often not around when you first enter, you head up stairs to the to the XRay machine, only after XRays do you encounter any check-in employees I try
  14. https://www.travelmarketreport.com/Cruise/articles/Popular-Silversea-Cruises-Exec-Moves-to-Celebrity-Cruises Let's see what sales changes there will be...
  15. For those who would prefer to skip the 35min cab ride each way, the West Deck is my favorite spot and is within walking distance. I have local friends in the area and they say this is generally the only waterfront restaurant they go to in the "tourist" area, they usually eat far inland. It has 4.5* on 4,5XX reviews
  16. Last I heard NO, however if and when it's allowed again, it'll probably only be certain ports
  17. Since there's virtually no enforcement in US at least, just walk in at your leisure
  18. Has the wifi been down at all? Those wifi speeds are still at least twice as fast what I typically see on other X sailings without starlink
  19. Try this...Copy it quickly because it could get removed: lLutoff-Perlo@celebritycruises.com
