The Grand Hyatt is quite nice, with excellent service. If you have AmEx platinum or centurion card, the centurion lounge is lovely. Good food and drink, and a little spa.
I’m with @abbydancer and @Jim_Iain. The raspberry pistachio dessert was my favorite so I’m boycotting the new menu 😕. Well, at least until December when we’re back onboard.
We had this problem last year with a B2B. Our turnaround day was in Bilbao. We were assured by Regent and our TA that once on board we would be able to choose an excursion, just not available to preselect. Worked out fine, but I had a backup plan in case it didn’t.
Thanks for the photos @garyl62. We did indeed have the deep angled balcony on Silhouette. It was fabulous, but I dislike the bathroom. Thanks too @terrydtx for the info on the sky suite balcony. Seems like CS is a great choice on E class ships.
We have tried all these options, Larry’s Limo, taxi, shared van, ship transfer, ride share. If not in a big hurry, taxi is my choice although we have always had stellar service from Larry’s Limo.
We have sailed both Azamara and Celebrity and like both. We were just on Pursuit, which has had some updates. We were very comfortable and the crew is fabulous. If the big production shows and casinos are important to you, stay with celebrity. We like the smaller, more intimate ship and the food was very good in every venue.
