  1. It’s likely the same revenue section who processes all types of refunds & they are extreme slow now…read a recent post that an $800 refund from December was finally issued.
  2. Previously our refundable credit checks were received within a month but now it’s been 2 months without receiving it. I’ve read posts about it taking even longer now which might be the same for casino refunds…long delays.

  4. We received our tracking email 2 days after they were delivered. 🥴
  5. At last week’s sales webinar they stated there will be details provided during their 6/16 webinar about the new class of ships.
  6. Definitely a hassle for us. Guest Services on Discovery would not issue us OBC for our pre-paid CG reservation when DMW would not use our complimentary dinner credit. Instead said it’d be a chargecard refund within 2 weeks which was the length of our cruise. The $58 was not credited to our chargecard so a day before the end they begrudgingly issued refundable credit. Two months later we’re still waiting for our refundable credit check ($260+)…definitely a hassle! 😳
  7. Plus how many tested positive within days of disembarkation…I think the number of cases transmitted during cruises is much higher than is being reported. I want the truth but don’t think we’ll ever learn the true number of cases.
  8. Aloha Tracie-Lynn…have a great cruise & hopefully your smelly cabin issue is soon fixed. Looking forward to another fun thread…always a great way to vicariously cruise. 😃 We’re booked on the Caribbean for 24 days this Fall & looking forward to reading about your experiences.
