  1. We had a, from X canceled cruise and got FCC for it. ( Nowadays a fault,I should take the $$$, that would solve all probs...,,) Back to problem I've used the old FCC to book a new cruise, may 3rd, but we got COVID and where not able to board. We thought, ok no problem we will get the new FCC and use it after recovery.... FAULT: X is not able or willing to reinstate the FCC.... Any idea about normal timing to reinstate FCC by X? Looks like we will never cruise with them again....a loss of 5k$ is nothing I'll forget... If they would just state: cruise canceled you loose everything, fine. I've a insurance to cover that case.... But again, nothing...
  2. Wrote a mail to X do directly.... As expected ... nothing... Do I have to search for a US lawyer now to get a cancellation confirmation?

  4. Booked by TA TA requested the Covid cancelation paperwork from X. I've a copy of that. NOTHING!!!
  5. I'm really pissed on X. Tested positive may 3rd, canceled cruise for 5th by TA. I've the copy of mail they sent. What do we got from X. Booked excursions back to card. Some money back to card. BUT: NO COMMUNICATION, NOTHING There are about 3k at X's hand....how about that....

  7. Some time is over.... very disappointed by X. Communication do not exist. We got our prepaid excursions back and about 600 US as FCC. No info, no cancelation invoice, nothing. If we'll get final cancelation from X, I'll get my money from the insurance, but now... Sorry to say but after close to 3Y of COVID cancelations, that's unprofessional
  8. They said the expiration date is a technicial problem of the app only. They will fix it.... 3 dose has unlimited validity, actually...

  10. I would say, northern Europe is not cold in November, if you are in bad luck it's lousy cold😁 and wet. Why not in the med area.....

  12. By booking in the EU, no tax needs to be paid....for EU cruises.....

  14. No, they ask for special insurance covering not only the med part. As example extra flight cost, hotel....

  18. We had YCP booked on seashore and Aurel experience on the paperwork. We had a lot of hustle to get the free WiFi
  19. As you have paid for, you should get the YC experience on your paperwork. Otherwise you will not get the WiFi package....

  21. The strange thing: they remove the free stuff from minibar, but call your butler an he will bring it from main bar.....
  22. If you are within DE, and you are asymtomatic.. .search for covidgum at pharmacy. Next search for test stations using lollytest.....
  23. Was in the news over here, it's a special gum....called Covidgum...tested myself, works...but only by lolly test.....
