6/6/24 - we booked Catch and Umai Terr on the SUN P for our October cruise - yep, we have Premier80, and still were charged to our card - $90 each night. So, so, glad we locked up those reservations at the day and time we wanted. Will deal with OBC once onboard - maybe day 2 or so unless a walk by shows promise at customer service. Now if we can secure the time we want for the UBD once onboard ... winner, winner, steak and lobster dinner..🥂

P went big on the specialty dining change in Premier - from 2 no matter the length of the cruise to unlimited. So , I completely agree about the PLUS change to unlimited casual dinings

not a fan - but on the SUN P - I WILL use the work-around to cash out my OBC from prepaid specialty dining that was included with the Premier package.

on our last cruise - 100%+ capacity - lots of OBC, we waited ... once onboard, went directly to Crown Grill to book - nope, nada, no nights, no times at all - but we can get you into Sabatini's tonight only at 7:30, but that's it - no other nights, no other times but feel free to walk up any night and see if that status has changed ... it hadn't

we will pass on the $10 pp pd upgrade to Premier 90. It would cost us $100 for the 5 days - which is for us 1 add'l specialty dinner. We will take the 2 we've already got booked, eat our 1 meal in the mdr on 'formal night', have a balcony dinner, and the last night is open. 15 is plenty and we hardly use wifi as it is stand pat here

it's always been about staff and cooking capacity - always tables available - but how timely could they be served? it's 2 hours as it is now

we are in the 'others' group - booked and paid for 2 nights of specialty dining - will deal with the OBC once onboard.

it will be interesting to see how the CB sells out of Port Canaveral. 6 and 8 day cruises to the same cookie cutter Caribbean destinations as Port Everglades. Maybe the Villages is the target market?? the newest MEGA cruise ships are doing the 3-4 day weekend, weekday cruises...
