I tripped over booking on Celebration Jan 29 w/o realizing it was new and GIANT! We've done large and small, from MSC's Armonia (went to Havana) to RCL's Allure of the Seas. As well as Carnival Horizon and more... Back to the question, is it too big? No. Not in my opinion. Why? Because you CAN'T do everything, and it really should be that way....Always leave your audience wanting more. Make them want to come back, try new and try again. Too big is only restricted by design if designed well enough to disperse traffic and crowds,. Whether they can fit in ports and marked channels is another issue. I too used to think they could be too big, too many people....I hate people.....by the way, I hate all of you, you are people, you know....But they have done a good job in design to keep me away from you.

I am more of a slots guy. Have you seen any really large wins or hand pays? I do want to say, I am someone who will likely never get an inside cabin, but yours isn't too bad. I really does make a difference. Vacations are to relax, not bust your butt to get to it. Relax on the plane as much as possible, have a couple drinks, when you land, you have a text saying "Mr XYZ is waiting at the baggage." You now have no worries, you're greeted, help with luggage and away you go. It's not a limo, but usually an Escalade/Explorer or larger Mercedes or BMW. Only had one bad experience with it, and it was the driver, he wore WAY too much cologne, think he washed the car in it. Just a suggestion for a different way to travel. Little more, but you know in advance and lot of benefits.

I really don't worry about theft all that much onboard and I really don't hear much about it. I mean, I don't leave expensive stuff lying about and I wouldn't take jewelry, but IMO, if the lock is broke and you tossed your stuff in it, someone coming along behind you (Likely same reason) would see it and shut it, leaving it alone. I guess I am saying, lock if you can, but i wouldn't sweat it if it's just a towel, robe and toiletries....

This is true. I like, and while being a little more expensive, Blacklane. It's like luxury Uber and you can book in advance and they wait w/a sign and help w luggage, like a formal driver. Hey! It's vacation....It's more, but it's nice. Price is set upfront and they're waiting for YOU, not you waiting for them.
