As we are slowly purging 50+ years of accumulated stuff, we have some giveaway boxes of stuff on the front porch. We posted it on Nextdoor, but Bill will probably take most of it down to the donation center next week. However, our neighbor's kitten "Chanel" decided she was interested in specific item and wanted to grab it. It is a little stuffed animal, a hedgehog, with a felt nose and real rabbit fur pelt. We picked up a short clip on the camera of her pilfering it. ๐โบ๏ธ https://video.nest.com/clip/614f6728e04046bb93487235f119fa58.mp4

(If you have an internet package) It sounds like maybe they don't. Set it up and try it from home first. -
But how do you get over there? We can Uber to OAK, and there are some reasonable Park/Sleep/fly hotels in San Jose. And our favorite hibachi restaurant, House of Genji is there. But SFO is just awkward. Uber, shuttles are expensive as are hotels, where we can park. So, I would be interested. โบ๏ธ Never mind. I forgot. When we took my mom and friend on Alaska cruise for a 9 days, we just parked in the lot at SFO. Our international trips were much longer, so we did not park at the airport.

@HBE4 You were talking about Leonard and what he might do when he experiences snow. I just looked at the funniest compilation of photos today with cat prints in the snow, leading out of the house and circling quickly back to the door. It is called, "The Circle of Nope". ๐ "I am not going out in the snow. " Google has it easily, but I am not going to post the link. It is kind of click baity.

I believe on our Transpacific, that the Australians told us that gratuities were included in their cruise fare, as sold. The price was all in. Nothing additional was taken out onboard.

I'm glad it went well. It wasn't in play at ours. The person who opened it, really wanted it and hid it. ๐ New people who didn't quite understand the rules. And with the seating arrangement at Cheesecake Factory, it was difficult to see all the gifts. โบ๏ธ It was fun, we had a good time. When it was my turn, I stole a bottle of Maker's Mark. (Which I knew would be stolen from me) Which allowed me to steal the box of Belgian chocolates, which is what I really wanted. ๐

I don't think they will be sharing that information at any time. I know the Indian casino by our other house takes in approximately a million dollars/day. They actually do a lot of good things for the community with all that money. I don't know about Royal Caribbean. โบ๏ธ

Freedom OTS - Live Pre-Christmas Sailing

Wow! That is a much more robust meat & cheese plank than what we received last time. โบ๏ธ Ours was kind of sparse. -
This kind of reminds me of coyote sightings on Nextdoor. One seems to pop up every other day. Stingrays live there. Coyotes live here. It is not uncommon to see them. โบ๏ธ

I would expect that the small segment cruisers might be more inclined to gamble more. If you are going to be on a cruise for a long period of time, it might not be that interesting to toss money at the casino.
