    This has probably already been answered but....do the outlets in the cabin remain 'powered' if there isn't a card in the light controller box?

    It's a straight hem but I'll just bring the wedge sandals - I can wear those with pants, too.

    If anybody cares, the Medium Lands End dress fits much better but it's still too long....I guess I'll have to pack my wedge sandals after all.

    OK - the Lands End maxi dress is being exchanged for a smaller size (M instead of L) ---- too long & VERY heavy....looked at the fabric description on the site & thought it would work but it's Tencel....still going to try it. Also the size chart is a little deceiving....I'm hoping I'm a larger M instead of the real L.

    A guy who was the lead singer at BB Kings on the Zuiderdam is now one of the recruiters & on his FB page there is a flyer for entertainers for HAL....maybe it's a supply & demand issue.

    Have never shopped Lands End but I did order one of their maxi dresses -- hope it works. Thanks for the tip.

    We've stayed here a couple of times pre & post cruise....rooms are adequate. Shuttle from the airport can be slow at times - it has a couple of other hotels to service. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g34168-d295754-Reviews-Courtyard_by_Marriott_Fort_Lauderdale_Airport_Cruise_Port-Dania_Beach_Broward_County_Flo.html There are restaurants fairly close by.

    I bought an emerald pendant in Colombia for a reasonable price -- having done no research took a chance. Took it to our local appraiser at home & it appraised for more than twice the amount I paid...that said, do what will make you happy.
