  1. Yes. Just use one at a time and sign out before signing in on the other.
  2. Years ago, we had to go through Immigration in Key West on the ship. No one could get off the ship until everyone had done it. It was hours before the ship was cleared to go ashore. We lost almost half our time in KW.
  3. Insurance through the cruise line is minimal as far as medical coverage goes. I use www.insuremytrip.com or www.squaremouth.com for my travel insurance. Lately, I just get medical insurance as I am willing to swallow the cost of the cruise if a medical incident happens. The cost of insurance goes up as we grow older. I choose primary coverage over secondary to avoid unnecessary paperwork. (You never know when you unexpectedly will need major medical help).
  4. I believe it has to be within 60 days of booking the cruise.
  5. Yes, you need the passport number and when it expires.
  6. You can bring flowers on the ship but you can't take them off. It is the same as not taking fruit off the ship.
  7. It shouldn't be a problem. It will cost you $25 a night.
  8. Try turning off your phone, then turn in back on. Had the issue a few months back. It reset the app.
  9. Try turning off your phone and then turn it back on. I had a similar problem with my last cruise.
  10. Collared shirt and pants. Nice clean jeans are fine. Jacket not needed, except if you want to wear one for dress up night. Not required. Have a great time!
  11. That's correct. I'm on the same cruise. By changing the order of the ports, Celebrity has truly devalued our cruise. Ferry service is very limited over the weekend. No ferry service to St. George. Most stores will have limited hours or be closed. Packed tenders two days. Having to change or lose private tours. Loss of ability to attend Harbor Night celebration on Wednesday night. Also change affects those who had purchased nonrefundable tickets to Spoleto Music Festival in Charleston.
  12. I recommend the generic Meclizine HCL(Bonine or Dramamine non-drowsy formula, they are the same). Take one the night before your cruise and every night of the cruise. One a day is usually enough. It may help you sleep better. If you feel you are ok, you can stop taking it. If you do get seasick, they recommend eating green apples. Taking the meds once you are sick would take a long time to go into affect. Prevention is the best.
  13. Two stories from a few years ago using Celebrity Air. Turns out our booking to Barcelona was a group booking with two other couples we did not know. With great difficulty, I managed to get into the booking with the airline. We all had been assigned to the back row of the plane aka seats wouldn't go back. I changed out seats. Had gotten the names of the other 2 couples. Did some research and found the phone number of one. Gave them a call. Explained that we were on the same same cruise & plane booking and the issue with seating. They knew the other couple as well. They were then able to change their seats, too. If I hadn't been able to get the seat assignments, we would have had a very uncomfortable flight. Another time, our return flights was cancelled but only the cruise line was notified, not us. When we got to the airport, we were told that the notification had gone out a week before to the cruise line. Luckily, they found a flight leaving shortly with a connection through SF to get us back to JFK. We had to rush through customs -immigration to make the flight.
  14. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
  15. I have visited the Canal and sailed through it twice. I have also visited the Welland Canal locks near Niagara Falls. I would suggest you take a tour that visits the canal to observe the workings of the canal rather than taking a ferry tour going through one of the locks. The ferry tour will waste a lot of time as reported by another here.
  16. You will experience a lot of motion in the front of the ship. Also, you may have to close your curtains at night to prevent light to interfere with sight on the bridge. They may also prevent you from booking as they want more than two in the room. It is a 'Family Veranda".
  17. At the terminal in Hamilton, you can buy a book of 15 tickets for $37.50 cash. Buy two tokens to get the two of you to Hamilton and buy the pass. A 2 day pass for two would be over $60. We're going to be in Bermuda for 3 days on our cruise. We'll buy the book of tickets. Happen to have 2 tokens and 2 tickets left from our last visit.
