Unfortunately that does not help when we are having to pre-book so many things. It would be such a simple thing for P&O to get their info consistent on the two web pages đ¤Śđť
We have been huge Celebrity fans for 20 yrs. Noticed lots of small cuts but have not distracted from the overall experience. We tend to sail in The Retreat and have experienced all classes of suite. Current prices and the removal of the Sky Suite dedicated butlers are for us a step too far. Modern Luxury seems to have been forgotten. Ships are ace but service now uncertain. Fingers crossed our remaining bookings will be good. That said we now have Cunard Queens Grill & MSC Yacht Club booked. A CFO to a CEO is never a good sign for customer service.
Interesting we are booked in YC for May 24. On the booking on website we have drinks up to 13?(doesnât currency)bin all ship areas - no exclusions listed đ¤Śđť
Joining multiple queues amplifies the issue. Talking to restaurant manger passengers do not cancel the queues they are in when they go into their successful restaurant, meaning multiple tables are held for people who wonât turn up.
We were on the same cruise and had a great time. However we found that you had to be really organised and pre-book speciality dining and entertainment to get the best out of the ship before the cruise and immediately on boarding.
P&O is definitely changing and has a very different target audience than a decade ago. That said the prices are massively reduced and provide excellent value for money.
