My alarm clocks got me up early for breakfast this morning. I was just in time to see the NA arrive in port.

Good Morning Everyone, @StLouisCruisers thank you for posting the daily. I’m hoping that Roy is ok after his fall. Data privacy is very important to keep in mind. I carry each credit card in rfid holders, I have been turning on two factor authentication and have credit card alerts set. I’m curious about today’s meal suggestion and think it might be a side dish. DH took a well deserved nap after yesterday’s procedure and we went to our local Greek restaurant for an early dinner. No errands today, I’ll be up early tomorrow to make a run to a grocery store run that isn’t so close. I hope everyone has a good Saturday.

Good Morning Everyone, it was an early start to the day. I took DH for his colonoscopy and we returned a short bit ago. They found two polyps and they removed them. He will get the results in about two weeks. I made him a light breakfast as soon as we got home. We will see how he feels around lunch time and might go out for a very early dinner. I’m not sure if I should feel guilty for not punching the clock today. I took a full sick day to take care of today’s visit. I hope everyone has a good day today. I could go for a slice of chocolate cake any day.

We booked the 10 day September 3 Zaandam cruise, Montreal to Boston while on the NA in November. We got waitlisted for a hotel in Montreal. This afternoon I got an alert that it was available. After my meeting ended I emailed my PCC and within five minutes I got a booking confirmation that the hotel and transfers were added. I consider that excellent customer service!

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. Today’s meal suggestion sounds interesting and I look forward to @dfish recipes and pictures, I’m sure they will be good. I’m very tempted to go to the office today, DH is on an all day fast as he prepares for his colonoscopy tomorrow morning, he gets cranky when he’s hungry. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for the daily fleet report. We are expecting another winter storm later today. North of us will get the most while we should get about 2”. Today’s meal suggestion sounds interesting, I’ll wait for @dfish to decide if I’d give it a try. Maybe if I celebrated Irish coffee day my work day would be fun! Good Evening Everyone, thanks for for today’s report. Today was an in office day and when I got home tonight the sun cleared the snow from the driveway. @dfish all of the recipes appeal to me, thank you. Tonight we had leftover roast beef, we try and have leftovers for my in office days. I hope everyone has a nice rest of the day.

@dfish If I were to paint the baseboards, which I’m not going to do, I’d lay down newspaper and tape it down as close to the baseboard as possible. I always have a wet rag when painting for any misses.

My PCC called me this morning to follow up on the hold I put on a Volendam cruise for 2024. We are all set with deposit given. I did have to prove that I had until end of February for the welcome home obc, else we wouldn’t have received the extra spending money. Fortunately I keep those emails until they expire.

Bon Voyage! That’s an itinerary that we would like to do some day.

We’ve seen many changes over the years, some we like, some we didn’t and others we had no opinion one way or the other. All companies need to change and adapt to their customers. Hopefully HAL will adapt in away that keeps us coming back. My main interest is itinerary and good service at a reasonable price. We are willing to understand some “supply chain “ issues to a point. I see those issues each week when I venture out to the stores. We have tried NCL when HAL didn’t meet what we wanted. NCL did some things better, others not so much. We are willing to try other lines if they meet what we want in a cruise.

I’d like to celebrate pie today but don’t have any in the house. Yesterday one of my errands was to collect the soda bottle deposits and turn it into two bottles of wine.
