    We did CT on Sept 10th on Ecstasy. It was wonderful! Only 10 guests; in library. We did have the galley tour portion as well. Maybe being the small ship, they really went all out! Same menu as above posted, but added appies in the galley. Nicer wine than our last, prepandemic CT. Worth it!

    Don’t use Verifly. Never did do the final health questions online; it never showed up. They did ask the symptoms questions at check in.

    Got a couple of reminders to do the assessment. We boarded Ecstasy today and never saw it on our to do list. No problem boarding anyways. Training new check in staff, too.

    Got an email from Carnival today. They switched our b2b cabins to two alternate and non matched cabins. Said ours 10404 would be out of service. Strange. The replacements were upgrades to extended aft balconies, from standard midship. Prefer same cabin for both legs, but it’s ok.

    We’ve done it several times. The Guest Services Manager lent us a ship’s phone to call our PVP a couple times. I’ve texted our PVP and booked a couple times, when cabins were showing available. Once, GSM called Miami for us and got us on for Cuba on Paradise. It’s not that unusual.

    HD told us that Customs will come onboard and clear us for b2b. Nice and easy❤️ Also, this captain arrives earlier than usual to port. But, customs probably not.

    Ship is pretty full. Lots of casino offers. 112 Diamonds. HD hosted Diamond Luncheon ; maybe 50 in attendance.

    So, what’s up? Fire doors closed for an “event” on Lido? Detouring around the ship now. Something medical.

    We were tested, yesterday afternoon, on Ecstasy. Easy Peasy. Thanks, y’all! Great crew and officers on Ecstasy. Hopefully, same experience on Glory. That Southern Hospitality ❤️

    Same experience as Jamman (hi, y’all!). Done this a couple times in the last year. In fact, getting ready to do it again, next week. We go from a 5 day Ecstasy, overnight in NOLA, then board Glory for a b2b. Should be tested last sea day on Ecstasy. Letter given to take to Glory. The first leg is going to KW and Bahamas.

    They did have a cabernet on the tables. American Table, seems it was called. Closest Carnival has had to a house wine.

    The mushroom soup, in a cappuccino cup. Soupachino. And the teriyaki salmon (not on shorter cruises). Key Lime dessert.

    We sailed on Elation for 4 cruises, b2bs, over New Year’s. We had a good time, in spite of the masks. The staff and crew were happy to be back. It’s easy to imagine that they would wear down after super extended contracts and short coverage. But, in January, Elation was fun.

    On Sunshine now. HD stated “full” and has been and continues to be full. And they are short of staff.

    Just did our check in time for Sunshine, May 28. Earliest was 9:30 am! Earliest we’ve ever seen.
