Thanks for the contact info. I spoke to the Casinos at Sea staff there every day. Said they were working on it. New card changed nothing. Both my wife's card and mine did not keep track of points earned. We get cruise offers based on our play, so I intend to contact Casinos at Sea to see how then intend to resolve this.
Has anyone had this problem and not have it resolved? We were on the Gem from 1-11 thru 1-25 and the only time it worked in the casino was the first night. We reported the issue to the rewards people and they tried to remedy the issue but nothing ever worked. Played in casino for 12 of the 14 days and only got credit for the first night as far as I can tell. Any idea of how to contact Casinos at Sea and get credit where credit is due?
Glad to see you back here on CC. We will be at Taino Bay next month and I can guarantee you we will not be jumping! You are some brave people. Lazy river is more our style. Thanks again for posting.😁
B2B on the Gem in January 24. Love doing them. Hopefully don't have to get off the ship. One time we were the only ones doing a back to back and just had to stand next to one of the officers on the deck until they cleared the ship. We were the only passengers on board for about an hour!
We were on this cruise and had a great time. I noticed some of the issues you stated, however was one of our best ever cruises. Great port stops. Would be glad to go on the Dawn next year.
According to Cruisemapper the Dawn is at Amber Cove now. The camera on the ship shows nothing but water. Any other way to verify where she is?

This past winter I could find no hotels doing transfer to the port. Had to take a Lyft. When I book my hotel this winter I will call them directly before I make my reservation to see if they provide that service
