  1. If the lower picture is the automatic going to YC pool deck, it was out of service since Thursday of last week!
  2. Quite a few walked out of the comedian show last week as well!!
  3. We booked this cabin over a year ago, so I can’t remember if it was one of the few remaining, or I just didn’t do my homework!! so, I take partial blame! We were on Seascape the week of July 30, 2023, in Yacht Club Interior Cabin 16019. This cabin is located under the kitchen, which during the day, we had no issues. BUT, at night, they opened the bowling alley!! All night long!! The second night we complained to Concierge, and asked our butler for earplugs, they did not help. After complaining the forth day, YC director offered a cabin outside YC to sleep. He told us that they know the cabin has continued complaints, but MSC continues to allow passengers to book it.
  4. We were on Seascape last week and did not have the seafood extravaganza! Was told they ran out or short ordered. Substituted a suckling pig. Took a look and decided on the Sushi restaurant.
  5. Now to figure out how to get the Weber in the suitcase!!
  6. You have to learn to take most of the complaints with a grain of salt. Each person may have different expectations, and if those expectations aren’t met, then they complain. Of all the cruises we have been on (about 30), I’ve had one meal that I had a true complaint. As long as I can get a good Gold Rush and cappuccino, and yes, sometimes at the same time, I’ll pretty much be happy!!
  7. Precovid, our butler and room steward had decorated our room for my birthday, upon return from an excursion. During dinner a cake was delivered. Went back to the room and they had redecorated and added a bottle of champagne!
  8. Which sail date? We are on the October 4th cruise.
  9. Morph, We board Seascape on July 31, hopefully your twitter, Facebook dialogue will correct the issue before we board. But then again, this is MSC!!😫
  10. We sailed Sinfonia, April 2019 on a 12 night cruise. The Irish Pub served a limited menu selection, best of my memory, it was sandwiches and such.
  11. Probably not, MSC has had the same customer service and IT issues for years. And now with all the Interlopers in the YC, where will it end?
  12. We took a cruise in January, points not posted by end of February. Emailed MSCvoyagersclub several times with with no action taken. Finally emailed MSCvoyagerscub and copied MSCExistingReservations@msccruisesusa.com, within a week, points were issued.
  13. I don’t think there are reviews on MSC site. Try looking at TripAdvisor, search FURY CATAMARAN, SNORKEL & BEACH. You may get reviews from various cruise ship patrons.
  14. According to local news, 30 foot boat collided with a Fisher Island ferry. One boater injured, one dead which had to be recovered from water. Happened about 3:40 am.
  15. Hoping you have a good time on the other cruise lines!!!
  16. We sailed on Sinfonia April of 2019, on a 12 night Mediterranean cruise. We had a very good time. This was our first on MSC, Sinfonia is one of the older, smaller ships, but there was enough to do during the evenings, to keep us busy. Announcements were in several languages, but the announcements were few and far between on our sailing. The shows were good, food was good, and enough English speaking passengers onboard to talk with. Would absolutely do again!!
  17. Also sailing to New England and Canada.
  18. On the Mera in October, looking forward to your reviews!!
  19. Yes, MSC does have upgrade offers. We have a July 30th cruise and received the upgrade email last week, this was roughly 2 and a half months out. Not that it is the same for all sailings!
  20. We sail out of Brooklyn in October, so hopefully all the kinks will be resolved by then!!
  21. It is very walkable, there are very good walking/ cart paths on the island.
