Family members and friends are cruising on Oasis in July and they have several kids in the group. They want to create a scavenger hunt list before they go.

They asked me if I could think of any ideas of things the kids could search for.. Now while I have been on Oasis,I need some input from others..

So far,I have :

Find the Koala Bear (Central Park.).

The gnomes (Central Park.)

A horse with a Crown and Anchor (Merry go round)

Picture of the Captain

Any other ideas?? Really appreciate your help..

PS...I know they probably have a scavenger hunt in Adventure Ocean, but they would like to have something to do together as a family.

I have a book called Live the Allure that has 5 or 6 different scavenger hunt trails with clues on them. Maybe someone has the same for Oasis?

Some ideas would be to find out how many pieces of art are on the ship (probably on one of the fact sheets); find out what model ship is outside of Windjammer and ask the kids where that model is located; they will probably see other scavenger hunt type answers up there like what was the name of the first three RC ships. There is probably some grafitti somewhere GENESIS; see if they can locate where; that was the project name for Oasis. How many times around the track is a mile. JR's probably has music statues outside; what instruments do they play?

Red bus or "Moose crossing" sign (boardwalk)

Shuffleboard (behind large TV screens by the aquatheater pool)

Buoy with Oasis of the Seas written on it (Several all around the ship - especially pool decks and deck 5)

Day of the week (elevator)

Freedom of the seas (Ship Model - can't remember exactly where it is, but I think it is close to the Windjammer)

Surfboard bench (outside Wipeout Café)

Girl catching butterflies (statue in CP)

Giant octopus or giant shell (H2O - kids pool area)

Gophers (Mini golf)

Bike (Above sorrentos where the painting guys are)

gator with a newspaper (outside comedy club)

Someone soing the zipline

Are all these things also on allure? I think some of these ideas will be great for my daughter. We are on the allure in November

Similar things will be on Allure, but not the same. They also have small wonders, but with different pictures/art. Props around the ship will also be different.

Does anyone know if this book is still available? I can't seem to find it anywhere? It says that you can only purchase this book in a certain bar on the cruise? I would kinda like to see if it is still there at that bar on the ship? It would great if I could purchase it before I go in November?

Any other ideas???

We've done a Search for Nations scavenger hunt on several ships. This is organized by Royal and we have to find crew members from as many nations as possible.

Maybe pick one or two countries and have them look for staff members?

I did something 6 years ago after an Allure cruise where I took a picture of every letter of the alphabet somewhere on the ship and asked CCers to try to identify which sign the letter came from. Not sure if it's still accurate, or how much would apply to Oasis, but might be useful. Here's the link to that thread:
