Nieuw Amsterdam (CT dock) and Eurodam (AS dock) will be doing their normal Monday Juneau visit from 1300-2200.

Also in port are Ruby Princess (FKL dock) from 1100-2215 and Solstice (AJ dock) from 1330-2200.

Weather is back to the usual in Juneau - lots of clouds and occasional rain showers (60% chance). High will be 59F/15C and the low will be 46F/8C. Sunrise is at 5:16 am and sunset at 8:47 pm.

Nieuw Amsterdam bridge wing looks squarer than I expected. May I try your knowledge on a question that's come up on my roll call. How familiar are you with Astoria? Someone was asking how far it is from the dock to the waterfront trolley?

Thanks

Roy

Been there only once on Statendam in 2013, I believe.

Commercial dock with a lot of lumber around it

Perhaps this helps:

When I left for the pool NA was right behind Eurodam. Now Solstice is in between them with NA a good distance behind. Did anybody see when this happened?
NA slowed to meet with the St. Peter for the Tracy Arm excursion.

But NA always slows to meet Allen Marine at that point. Perhaps the difference is that she was well behind Eurodam right from early morning when she usually starts out in front. NA moving quite smartly now. Perhaps she was delayed by traffic in the Inside Passage.

Eurodam passing Thane. I guess today I'll have time to go home between Eurodam and NA.
