Misty Fjord Excursion question

First trip

Just a guess, but maybe the earlier ones are more popular and close to full. I did a Misty Fjord afternoon cruise from A HAL ship and it was about 1/3 full. It was great because there was no problem getting rail space on either side. It was a ship excursion through Allen. It was one of my better excursions.

Wow ~ happy to hear she is still out there giving tours. We used her in 2010 and she was the highest rated guide then ~ she gave a fabulous tour. Loved Misty Fjords ~ can still imagine those beautiful views! :D

A lot of cruise ships are only in Ketchikan for a short time in the morning, especially those sailing round trip for Seattle that need time to get to Victoria. Due to this, there would probably be more demand for flights earlier in the day, when there are more ships in port.
