ms Volendam and ms Zaandam in Juneau September 14, 2018

This will be the last of the double header Fridays since this is Zaandam's last call in Juneau for the season. She is heading south to do the season in South America until returning to Fort Lauderdale in April.

Zaandam will be at the AS dock from 0800-2200 and Volendam will be at the CT dock from 1300-2200. There are no other ships in port.

Another glorious day in Juneau (and the good weather is supposed to last for the next week!) with a 0% chance of rain, sunny skies and a high of 64F/18C and a low of 38F/3C. Sunrise is at 6:25 am and sunset at 7:20 pm.

I don't know how much of today's sail-in I will see. I have all-day volleyball spectating to do tomorrow - with a large break mid-afternoon. Will see how that works with my ship watching.

With Florence taking a more southerly route, we are probably only going to get rain. We are very lucky!

Getting back to reality after a cruise is really hard!

I see something moving in the distance. I really thought she would have come in earlier since she was close by.
