Maasdam - DVD Player?

Does anyone know if the Maasdam still has DVD players or if it's been upgraded to the televisions with the streaming or on-demand features?

Is there a,way to find a list of what is available to watch on DVD? We depart late September on Maasdam to Australia.

I think they are same on all the ships that have dvd's still someone have a copy from different ship also. I would bring mine from home (not blue ray).

I don't recall ever seeing a list, or link to a list, on this site. If there is one anywhere, it could be on the site that has "Facts" about "HAL".

The booklet in the cabins goes on for more pages than I can remember---something over 10. There are all sorts of movies and shows, including old, classic ones, comedy, movies for family viewing and children. Plenty to choose from.

A Blue Ray DVD player plays standard disks as well as BR. :)

I would think the Westerdam would have DVD players because it was just updated in the yards recently?

Does the TV's in the interior cabins have the movie selection ability like you can in the Vista Suites?

As the ships are being updated the DVD players are being removed and replaced by the interactive on-demand TV systems. I don't know about the W-dam.

Can someone tell me if as of Today, the Maasdam still has DVD player in staterooms?

Yes. We had a Lanai last week and had a DVD player.
