Must Have Cocktail

Recommended Posts

I second that. And are these weird drink names that I have never heard of coming from RCCL's drink list? If not, do the bartenders aboard know how to make these drinks properly, or do you have to tell them every time?

I like a Bahama Mama or Margarita. I found this website very interesting - you can look up drink recipes by name or ingredients. Lots of crazy drink names out there.

Got the Beer Margarita receipe...share the jungle juice one

There's 2 ways, the easy way and the 'hard' way, both work!

1) Invite several people over. Have each bring their favorite bottle of booze and a can of any juice or limeade, orangeade, etc.... Once everyone arrives, you get ALL of the booze and poor it into a large container. Mix in ALL of the juices and stir with ice. Add water also and keep stirring. Once it's mixed well and cold, DRINK UP!

2) Cut up different pieces of fruit, i.e., watermellon, strawberries, etc.. whatevers in season. Put in container and mix all of the different bottles of alcohol with the fruit. You should let soak overnight. You can then add the juice, ades, etc., add ice and water and stir.. once mixed, drink up!!

Don't use dark liquors like whiskey or beer... I've done it the easy way, the women went nuts cuz they loved it, they couldn't taste the alcohol! Again, they did things later that they usually wouldn't do under 'normal' circumstances!! ;)

Most important thing is to add water if it's to strong, however, the juices or frozen concentrated fruit juices should make the drink sweet (but not to sweet). I know it sounds like a lot of booze, but you have to trust me on this! There are different recipes online, but I prefer the ones above. You can google jungle juice or panty remover.

For all of us teetotalers out here can some one "please" let us know what each drink has in it so we can see if we will like to try them.

No i am not yelling just trying to get someone's attention. At least 3 other people ask this same thing.

thank you

Depends on the port of departure and date. Vancouver headed for Alaska means Irish Coffee for us - even if it is warm (60's) out. Miami or somewhere actually warm for us it's usually Cap & Diet.... boring but not as expensive as the weird name drinks.

When it's cold, I do like an Irish Coffee (coffee and irish whiskey -- whipped cream optional). Our last cruise, though, my husband got me one because I was over-AC'd, and they made it with espresso! It was ... odd.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a Lava Flow some sort of frozen drink? RCI drinkers, help a gal out!
