JrMafia90 Posted February 14, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2005 This might sound a little bit weird but I was looking at the Radiance Class ships floorplans and I saw there was I guess glass elevators next to the side of the ship which was like a glass wall. Does anybody have any pictures of a view from this elevator.
Blizzard54 Posted February 14, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2005 I do have pictures but they are not digital. I will have to update my photos now that I have a digital camera. The views are great. You are in a glass elevator facing the ocean with a glass wall beyond the elevator glass.
JrMafia90 Posted February 14, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted February 14, 2005 It sounds so cool, I really want to see some pictures of it.
dougp26364 Posted February 14, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 14, 2005 If you go to http://www.cruiseclues.com there are links to pictures of just about every ship afloat, including radiance class ships with RCI. You'll have to search though the links to find a picture of the elevators but I know I've seen them using those links.
Globaliser Posted February 14, 2005 #5 Share Posted February 14, 2005 This is a direct link to cruiseclues' page on the Jewel - their site is truly awesome. From my own photos of the Jewel, this picture is probably the closest that I got to a view from those lifts.

Desert Cruizers Posted July 14, 2008 #7 Share Posted July 14, 2008 I located this web Site, although you don't get a full view, it does show the Elevator Lobby on 8th deck of the Radiance of the Seas. http://travel.webshots.com/photo/2535779010046097424rNCriL It is really something to go up/down and be looking out unto the ocean from these elevators. gatour Posted July 14, 2008 #15 Share Posted July 14, 2008 Thanks everyone for posting the pictures. I have a feeling after our cruise next year on the Brillance, the Radiance class ships will be in the running for my favorite ships in conjuction with the Coral Princess. I like watching the ocean going by while onboard a ship and it looks like the Radiane class ships provide ample opportunity for this.
