Pre-Cruise Land Package

Hi:

Does anyone know (yes, I could trust calling Regent) if the pre-cruise "Land Programs " offered for reserving by the end of 2012 includes excursions as well as the 3 hotel nights?

It may depend on the specific cruise. The one we are takng includes a 3 day pre and post land portion with hotels and tours + shore excursions for the cruise portion. .

I believe they include tours. We are taking the Beijing to Bangkok cruise in March. It includes three days pre-cruise in Beijing with tours.

Deep Freeze63, from my experience, I can pretty confidently tell you that any pre or post cruise you select with Regent, you will almost be hand held from the time you start to the time you finish. All excursions are included, and they will give you a most detailed (hour by hour) itinerary on your activities, outlining any meals or whatever that you do on your own.

 

If you do not wish to avail yourself of everything, of course, your choice to leave the group at anytime and be on your own.

Actually jhp, that's not quite accurate. The pre cruise in Sydney and the post cruise in HK are basically on your own. Specific excursions such as the Taj Mahal would fit your description.

I agree. It depends on the locale. Regent should be able to answer your questions about your specific city.
