Souvenir Christmas Ornaments

On our last cruise on the Grand, I was able to purchase in the gift shop a great little cruise ship ornament with the Grand name on it. Seeing it was not too long after the holidays (Jan 28), I was not surprised to find it.

 

We are on the Island in May to Alaska. What is the chance of finding another one at that time? Do you think they just replenish them or only stock at the holidays?

We just bought one last week on the CB. I think a lot of lines sell them year round.

We buy a cruise ship Christmas ornament each cruise, and we never sail near the holidays. They always have them for collectors like us:).

Christmas only comes once a year - 25 December but the Xmas sales last all year until the 24th of December.:D

We buy the nicest key chain we can find in every port, and we use those as Christmas ornaments. They're small, easy to pack, and less fragile than glass ornaments. We do buy glass ornaments too, but only if they're special ones like the cruise ship one.
