I'd vote for a Patina Group restaurant. There are enough of them that it qualifies as a chain.

 

Now THAT I can agree to! :D I'm not a big chain restaurant fan in general, but the Patina Group restaurants are usually outstanding.

 

Also a fan of PF Chang's and Maggiano's for more mainstream family dining. :)

how about a good chinese restaurant. We have a few good ones here in PA, but NY has the best that I've tasted. I know it's not "a Chain" but every once in a while I crave some really good egg rolls and fried rice.
