After a few attempts with a random string of code showing up after clicking "Submit", the message showed up that people have discussed above that indicated I had "cancelled" my registration. Make sure you call only M-F 9-5 or one gets told to either call back or they will get back to you on Monday. Spent 3 hours trying to get a fare special they offered.
