Dont have a good pic but the old MS Albatros is at White Bay until the 21st. Now operated by the German agency Phoenix Reisen. 2nd all German ship at White Bay this week.

Only small at around 28,000 ton and launched in 1974.

Looks like Star Princess has a perfect day for going ashore in the Falklands today. Ships quite often nave to miss this port due to bad weather..

Great stuff, you need favourable winds to get into Port Stanley. Good weather so I hope they enjoy the tours to Volunteer point for the penguin colonies.

We really enjoyed volunteer point. It was the high light of our Star Princess cruise last December. It was cold but the rain stayed away.

Yes, the HAL ship could have been the Eden or the Aria as they haven't changed the hull colour.

Norwegian Escape sailing out of Miami, this morning our time. Yesterday afternoon theirs (Sat). The ship is bigger than some of the apartment blocks. I wonder if some day we will see a similar pic on the Gold Coast?
