Yes, it is possible if you set it up ahead of time so everyone has time to get things ready. Usually NCL likes about 3 weeks notice. Call NCL concierge 855-625-4283 and they can help get you started in the right direction.

As the question - do you want the lounge blocked off so nobody else can enter?

 

Or just a place for your group to meet?

 

If the later, just talk with the bar manager to hold a few tables, and then pay per drink, normal price.

 

Of course, it depends on time of day, at sea, in port, etc.

Are you in a suite? If so then the pre concierge at the number listed might be able to help. If your not in a suite, I don't think that will work.

Just a side note,be careful not to block off parts of the ship to other passengers. My worst experience on the jewel was it was a partially booked for a jazz group on board and each day they took over a venue. We were actually 1/2 way through a trivia game and they kicked us out because they said they needed the room .

Sorry did your roll call set up a private cocktail party or a Meet & Greet? The link you provided was for a M & G and I did not see anything there in regards to cocktail parties.

If you are not in a suite, then just send an e-mail to groupeventdawn@ncl.com - then you will get all the answers you need. If you are booked in a suite, you just send your request to the pre-concierge desk at NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com. :)
